I came to this clinic because Ive heard great things especially about wait time and services. Ive been here four times and have yet to have a positive experience. The staff hardly smiles and I have long wait times each time. They have a new policy that you have to confirm your appointment a day before and if you dont your appointment is given to someone else. If you do confirm but dont show, you are charged $50. I like that when I call I can get an appointment within a couple days but its not usually a convenient time, which is understandable. However I scheduled an appointment for this week for 430. I happened to get the day off so I called to see if there were any earlier appointments than 430, she said no but youre appt is at 4. So good thing I called. Other wise I wouldve been charge that $50 for their mistake. And even though they have that policy I still waited well over an hour passed my scheduled appointment time. Wouldnt recommend this place. Even though the doctor is nice and efficient, theyve wasted too much of my time

I tried this place was because it was close my house. It also had really good reviews and I have no idea why. The staff are extremely incompetent (except for one good nurse who was also personable) and told me things that completely contradicted what Dr. Mussaji said. They also allowed someone to access my medical records without even checking his ID or my authorization sheet. Dr. Mussaji is also a horrible excuse for a physician. Besides being at least half an hour late at each visit, I told him about a diagnosis that I had and he acted as if he had no idea what that entailed. I also mentioned my family history of thyroid issues and that I was also worried about my thyroid. Dr. Mussaji did not order thorough tests to show if anything was going on and barely touched my thyroid and made no effort to get an ultrasound in the future.

No one can get anything straight. You call to get your medicine prescription refilled and no one calls you back. You can call they several time and they tell you someone will call you back. THEY DONT! The doctor does not listen to what you have to say. He always wants to run all kinds of test. Seems like he wants you in every week for something and the Staff does not know what they are doing. It a joke!!! Dont get me started on waiting. He is so over booked it is unreal. Then they will call you at home and tell you you have an appointment when you did not even make one.

The front desk staff is a bit rude. The nurse practitioners seem more in a rush to get out of the room than to listen to your concerns. My insurance was billed for services I did not receive in 2015. I have been going to this practice for 2 years now. Today was the final deal breaker. I made my appointment with the doctor, he checked my throat and ears said I was fine and sent me on my way because "there is nothing he can do today" I tried to explain further the reason for my visit and I am pretty sure he simply didnt care.

The doctor is very helpful and caring about his patients however the office staff needs to be cleaned out and started over. None of them do their job. I had to personally call to get results from the lab and when it came to being referred to a specialist they never called and said who I needed to see. I am very unsatisfied with the way the office handles and follows up with doing their work.

Dr. Mussaji is an excellent physician. He is very knowledgeable and a caring physician, he listens well, takes time with patients. He is not one of those Doctors where you have to wait for 3 hours for 5 minutes with a doctor whose mind is already on the next patient. Its worth it to drive all the way from katy to see Dr.Mussaji!

Ive come here a few times and I think the doctor, physicians assistant, and medical assistants are great. My experience with the front office staff, in particular with Malika and Brenda (the office manager) was very unsatisfying. The front office staff could definitely use a class on proper etiquette.

The staff is great, and Dr. Mussaji is phenomenal. Im 35 years old, and of all the doctors over the years, he spends time with you to make an action plan. Most of my doctors walk in and out in five minutes without fixing my problems. He is great, and consistent. Highly recommended.

Dr. Mussaji is provides excellent care to each of his patients and demonstrate an intense level of care. Appointments are easy to schedule and wait times are reasonably short. I really appreciate his effort to reduce my husband blood pressure at bypass surgery.
