I have never liked bringing my kids to this clinic because the system they work under is very un organized and one doctor in particular is very inefficient. Last time I personally got services here was back in 2009 and my grandmother was there a couple of days ago; nothing had changed! Back in 2009 I was scheduled an appointment with this doctor at 10:00am which She didnt arrive to the clinic until 12pm and the same thing happened recently when I accompanied my grandmother to her check up, doctor was supposed to be at the clinic by 2:00pm and she didnt arrive until 3:30pm!

THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!! I DONT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL YOU WILL LITERALLY LEAVE CRYING FROM HERE.....IF YOU DO DECIDE TO GO.... BE PREPARED TO WAITTTTT ALLL DAMN DAY LIKE PACK YOUR BREAKFAST, LUNCH, AND DINNER BECUASE YOU WILL WAIT.....I WENT SO MANY TIMES IN THE PAST DUE TO SYMPTOMS I HAD ON A DAILY BASIS...THOTA TELLS ME TO SEE A PHYSCOLOGIST AND SAYS THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH ME... GIVES ME NO MEDICATION..... I END UP AT THE ER AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH HYPOTHYROIDISM......I HONESTLY DONT GET HOW FACILITIES LIKE THESE ARE EVEN ALLOWED TO BE IN BUSINESS SMFH!!!!!

They get less than a star. This is not a professional facility at all. How can the doctor or his suppose to be staff say thry will not give you a release back to work. If a doctor gives you medication they have to tell you when ypu can return to work. Then the receptionist I am assuming says ypu have to get a release before you see the doctor really how.

I love Doctor Chandralatha Thotha, she has a lot of experience being a Doctor. I have been going to her since before I was a teenager. I have been to other Doctors and so far she is the best. I would give her clinic a five star but theres always a long long wait which I despite.
