The African American light skin, tall lady(forgot her name) should not work in this clinic or any other medical facilities. She is unprofessional and rude. She makes patients feel unwelcome and very uncomfortable. She is not warm at all. My guess is that she probably hates her job and it shows by the way she treats people. This was my second time coming here and the reason I came back was because my first visit was with RN, Kathleen Azie. She was warm, kind, and very professional. She listens to patients concerns. Well, when one is sick, the last thing we need is negative attitude or someone like this African American lady. My advice, either check if Kathleen is in, or go somewhere else.

Came in and signed in and sat for 30 minutes. The practitioner came out of an empty room to peek around the corner. I asked is there a wait, and she responded yes. I asked how long, she said she doesnt know. She was sitting in an empty room drinking water while there are patients waiting. Then she made it clear shed rather us leave than do her job. Im not sure how she is keeping a job there. Very unprofessional. I didnt even catch her name, but it was a tall thin light-skinned African American woman. Go to HEB across the street for better customer service.

Grand daughter waited for over an hour when this same African American lady rudely told her she couldnt tell if it was staph but looked like it and she wouldnt treat her so she should go somewhere else. Then refused to give her a note for school. Turned out it was staph and hopefully they came out and cleaned the chairs. This lady has no business working in the medical field... Huge chip on her shoulder!

Made an appointment for 3pm, arrived at 2:50. Waited until 3:50 pm and then left. The practitioner never came out of the exam room, I even knocked on the door like the pharmacy tech suggested. Nothing. I will never return to this location unless I am certain Kathleen is working...
