If I could give less than 1 star I would in a heartbeat. I had an appointment scheduled, got to the office early, about 20 minutes early, so that I could fill out new patient paperwork and did not go back to see the doctor until an hour and 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. When asked why I was there by a nurse, I told her and she said "oh we cant even do that here, thats a hospital procedure whyd you come here?" which was insane to me because I told the woman whom I made the appointment with exactly why I was there, and she told me they could do what I needed. Once finished, the doctor did not tell me the orders he had written down and handed to me, had to be faxed to the hospital I was supposed to go to next. So I had to call the hospital, have them tell me that they needed everything faxed, call FHS back to have them tell me I needed to COME BACK IN and give them the orders to fax them. When I asked why I wasnt told about any of the by the doctor while I was actually there, I received no apology and was basically told too bad, come back in. Absolutely horrible customer service, would never recommend to anyone.

Had to switch PCP due to insurance network change and selected Dr Spradlin, used their Kingwood office. The feel of the office is like I remember from years ago, nothing fancy, I get the impression they dont waste money on frills. Dr Spradlin spent an incredible amount of time with me during my annual wellness check last year, far more than my previous Dr. I am surprised by the negative reviews. This year I had an emergency health issue, was hospitalized and required surgery. Dr. Spradlin was very diligent in making his rounds and visited me every day, spent quite a bit of time with me, answered all my questions and showed me my CAT imaging on the room computer that was pretty interesting. He didnt have to do that, as he was not my surgeon. Overall I have been very impressed. He seems to put a priority on patient care, not on how fast he can get through with you and move on to the next one.

DO NOT EVEN TRY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE. I called the other week and supposedly made an appointment for here today at noon. When I called this morning about this appointment the girl said that I wasnt on the schedule and that she wasnt accepting any more appointments today. She never apologized nor did she offer to make another appointment. These people will LIE to you to get you off the phone. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. I was never rude on the phone when I called ever - so why this woman decided to lie to me about creating an appointment is beyond me. Why the second woman didnt try to help is beyond me. Dont waste your time on these people, if they are going to have staff like this why would you trust them with your health? PS - Their website is a lie too - they arent open on Saturdays for the Cleveland location they are only open Saturdays at the Kingwood site.

Is it possible to give them less than one star? THIS IS A NEGATIVE FIVE STAR ESTABLISHMENT. horrible customer service, beyond long wait time. Had an appointment at 1:00, finally got into a room at 3:00, was not even close to being seen by 4:00 so we walked out and asked for a refund and they said that they had already closed the systems down before my appointment and before some other peoples appointment were even over. A very distressed man came in screaming he couldnt breathe and not a single person (even the doctor) had no idea what to do nor could he figure out how to use the oxygen machine. Do not waste your time and money going here you will be incredibly disappointed. Nor will you get decent medical treatment.

Do NOT go to this clinic. The wait time is horrible, I had an appointment at 11:30am got called back to get my vitals 2 hrs later once that was done they threw me back to the waiting area for another 45min. Total time there was over 3 hours for a follow up. RIDICULOUS!!!! Also their staff is very unprofessional and the doctor does not care. While he was in the room with me in the middle of the appointment he answer his personal phone and could care less what we were discussing! As I left it told the doctor thank and was completely ignore. Never going back!!!!!

5 1/2 hours and still waiting even though I had an appt , These supposed specialists are clueless they throw the same Metiformin and Levothyroxine and its almost impossible to talk to them , the secretaries here have always been terribly horrific and rude , uncaring unprofessional , government benefits are accepted and Obamacare I feel for the people with no other choice than to go here .

You will wait a very, VERY long time. If you have an appointment, expect to not be called back for at least 1-2 hours, depending. Once youre called back, expect to be waiting to be seen for approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour. Can confirm this experience from nearly about 3 visits in a 2 month span - all the same exact wait times.

Dr. Antonio is absolutely the best! He listens to you and is very thorough. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a doctor. The office staff is definitely subpar and unprofessional but for me its not a big enough issue to find another office. I dont go in the office for the office staff, I go in for treatment.

The wait here is ridiculous.. I got here at 3:45 my appt was at 4.. its now 5:07 and still waiting to see the doc.. This is absolutely ridiculous.. I came out here from baytown almost a 45 min drive and I still have to drive back.. sad just sad

I see Dr. Antonio and he is great. He is thorough and he is kind. I have never felt rushed like I have with other PCPs. I agree the staff is not always professional but most of my interactions with them have been positive as well.

I called and made an appointment for noon, showed up 25 minutes early and didnt get to see the doctor until 230. This place is a joke and waste of time.
