I have been taking our son to Lowry for the last 4 years. Doctor Merenstein was the doctor who came to visit our son in the hospital after he was born. That meant something to our family and we continued to go to Lowry because of that even though we were a 45 minute commute away. I will no longer take my son here after todays visit. When I asked questions about a vaccination they were giving to my son I was not only given false information, I was treated with an enormous amount of disrespect for even asking questions. The woman at the front became very defensive and called someone in the back and asked him what HIB was and he responded with give her the print out. I read the print out which was only reasons why you should get the vaccination nothing to do with what is actually is or fights against thats when I asked if there was anyone that could further explain it to me. Danielle the front receptionist stormed to the back brought to the front Theresa a CPNP at Lowry she began her conversation with your being extremely rude to my staff they dont need to know what the vaccination is thats MY JOB! I was furious I drove a hour to get to this appointment to be treated horribly in front of the entire waiting room which was no where near empty. I was told Im rude for asking questions a right I have as a mother and patient. I also was told my insurance was inactive and I would have to pay out of pocket for his vaccination. When I agreed to this the woman almost looked upset she thought that would have for sure sent me away, but again I drove 45 minutes and my son starts school in a week and needs the vaccinations to start school. They then took us to a room on the other side to keep us away from the rest of patients. They priked my kid so fast and sent us to pay I almost forgot I was in an actual place of business. I would never recommend any parent to take their child here. The staff is rude. Trained to be direpectful and have no idea what they are talking about.

My granddaughter has been diagnosed with a rare neurological disorder and it was this group that recognized it immediately and sent us straight to Childrens Hospital via ambulance. Evidently It is not an easy diagnosis to make due to the vague symptoms and early diagnosis is extremely important for treatment and results. Teresa and Dr Chris made a trip to the hospital to check on Emma after the office closed and brought a card with a gift card for the coffee shop in the hospital. How special is that to take time away from their own familys. And to know we would definitely need lots of coffee in our future. Due to medications she is on, it is necessary for us to go in twice a week for different tests. This group of doctors and staff have treated us like we are members of their family. From the girls at check in to the nurses and docs, we have been treated with nothing but compassion. Always welcomed with a smile and quick to get us back. Teresa is who we see mostly and are so blessed to have her. In this scary, frustrating, sad, happy , up and down time of our lives, Teresa is always comforting, patient , empathetic and just plain wonderful!!! Not to mention accommodating. It is obvious she has done her homework and research as we come in she is always up to date with Emmas condition and status. She checks on Emma after hours and always quick to reassure us that we are doing all we can and are doing a good job. This reassurance is SO needed in this time. This practice is wonderful and has made this journey as smooth as possible for this family. Thank you all at Lowry Pediatrics.

Run away. She would just come in, type and leave the room. (After being with my crying VERY sick baby waiting over 45 mins) Hours later my baby was still sick and went to the Rocky Mtn Childrens hospital instead. We showed the ER doctor the medicine the pediatrician (@ Lowrys) had given my baby & the doctor LITERALLY threw away the bottle and stated it wouldnt do cr*p!! The ER doctor said something truthful. Nowadays, most ppl just do it to collect a paycheck, forgetting the real meaning behind this profession. Shes a snobby, immature, not knowledgeable "doctor". Shed say things in an arrogant way and act like we dont know what shes talking about. She straight out accused my husband of smoking. I understand theres always going to be that stereotype that young ppl dont know to take care of a baby - does NOT mean were all the same. Its a stereotype and shes a medical provider - she shouldnt jump into conclusions. You shouldve seen her face when my husband basically told her "what are you talking about - I hate smoke." She didnt know what to say! Never ever taking my baby here. My baby deserves better attention - not just vultures collecting $$$ out of worried parents that do not end up getting an answer and have to go somewhere else.

My son has been at Lowry Pediatrics since he was born, so for a little over 2 years now. I visited numerous pediatric offices in the area before my sons birth to make sure we found the right pediatrician, and I know that I made the right choice with this office. Every visit hes had since he was born the doctors took their time, asked many questions, and answered every concern we had. There wasnt a single visit that the doctors didnt truly talk to us for at least 20 minutes. They know my sons name as soon as we come in the doors, and always remember everything about him. It feels like were seeing family on our doctors visits. Theyve even taken all of my concerns seriously and seen him every time I freaked out as a new mom during his first year. I honestly believe this is one of the best pediatric offices out there. The staff is kind, patient, understanding, and they really listen to what you have to say as a parent. They truly care about your child and their development and take their time to make sure theyre cared for. I would strongly recommend this office to anyone.

Top notch practice, doctors and staff! One month before giving birth to our first child we interviewed with Dr. Kristy (Sept. 2013) and decided this was the pediatrics practice for our family. For the last four years they have provided both of our children the best possible childcare from birth on. They have always made us/our children feel special. From answering many questions at well child visits and never making us feel rushed or that our questions are silly, to same day sick visits, the extremely helpful nurse line, and always returning calls quickly after hours. Dr. Kristy, Dr. Scott, all the NPs, the staff, everyone at this practice is warm, friendly, professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone check out this practice and have, one of our friends just switched their children to Lowry Pediatrics. I 100% recommend this practice!

Love this practice! Lowry was recommended to my wife and I by a coworker before our son was born and we couldnt be happier. All the doctors there are very helpful and take the time to make sure everything is great for you. Our son Lucas loves the people there and especially the very nice ladies in the front office and the nurses too. We love it and tell everyone who asks to give them a call and check them out for their kids. ONLY "problem" is very often Ill get a "this is not a bill" invoice from my insurance that makes it seem like they accidentally double-bill us for his wellness check ups (which are free). Other than the wasted paper though it doesnt bother me at all, its all taken care of on their end.
