I set up an apt for my child to be updated on her shots. We are new patients. The alarm didnt go off and I called the moment I woke up to let them know we missed the apt and we are sorry. We would like to reschedule. First time!! And they said they wont accept new patients if they miss their apt. Excuse me!? Accidents happen. You want to make a strike system then make it 2 or 3 then youre out. Not after the first one. Informing new patients of this strike system should also be given when apt is made, not after they call for a reschedule. Unprofessional. Not only now, do I have to resort to a lesser facility for my child, but the inconvenience of driveing out of my way is now an approached issue. Things happen. You shouldnt turn ppl away just because of one missed apt.

Dr. Headley was very knowledgeable and great with my boys during their 1st routine physical with her office. She had never met them before; however, she addressed each one of them by name and with the appropriate concerns each of them had previously been seen in her office for. She reviewed things like appropriate water intake, stretching exercises to help during growth periods, etc. - some of which had never been addressed with the boys at their former office.
