Need to Know Basis

This review is not for Dr.Dubynsky as he is a wonderful pediatrician and has been my sons doctor his entire life, this review is for his staff. Quite frankly the ladies in the front who answer the phone could use a little customer service training, as well as phone manners. I had called in to simply make an appointment with Dr.Dubynsky and was told that I was unable to see Dr.Dubynsky because he was unavailable for the time that his father was able to get off for work, I stated that I had never met his P.A. and expressed concern, instead of show empathy and reassure me that she was a good doctor and that I had nothing to be worried about I was told very rudely "please hold" not, "Can I please place you on a brief hold" not to mention I was not told what I was being put on hold for. Back and forth of being put on hold I had finally had enough and decided that this should be brought to someones attention, I asked the lady her name (as she did not open the phone call with it) and was told it was Jenny, and got connected to her supervisor, Abe who very loudly and very rudely explained to me that he was the "physictions manager" Speaking to him was not much better than speaking with Jenny. This is not the first time I have gotten rude or inappropriate behavior from this office. I will be moving to a different pediatrician, again, not because of Dr.Dubynsky, but because of his very rude and very untrained staff.

Dr. Dubynsky and Cyndi are both knowledgeable, great with kids, and easy to work with from a parents perspective. In particular, we appreciate Dr. Dubynskys wealth of knowledge and strength in "teaching" parents how to care for their children. We always learn something new and feel empowered in our roles as caretakers for our kids.

Best pediatrician in Greeley in my opinion. I strongly recommend him.
