I wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I had my first appointment with them months ago. They had to send a swab to a lab for tests and told me I would get them within the week. Three weeks later, Ive called multiple times, still no test results. At this point, I have been to the emergency room because the medicine they prescribed to me (without knowing what it was I had) covered up the symptoms for something much more serious. Come to find out, they had the test results two days after my initial appointment. The original reason I went to them was to get my ADHD medicine prescriptions up to date and filled. They still have only given approval to my insurance for one of the two prescriptions written. Every time I speak with them about it, they blame the pharmacy. The pharmacy blames the doctor. At this point, Im inclined to believe the pharmacy. I still havent gotten my correct prescription approved. A few weeks ago, I got a notice from my insurance that they wouldnt cover $346 of my appointment. When I called the doctors office, they told me that wasnt true and that my balance was 0. Today, I got a bill, from the doctors office, for $346 and a bill from the lab tests (that I got 3 weeks late) for $155. My insurance wouldnt cover $62 of who knows how much they charged for a FLU SHOT. They even charged me for a vaccine I didnt get. Ive sat down with one of their admin staff about all the issues who just regurgitated weird bullshit like "were working on a better us so you can be a better and healthier you." She also assured me she would get the problems with my prescriptions fixed. It never happened. So now, Im going to have to find another general practitioner to clean up this ones huge mess theyve left me in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

This place has been awesome! On each of my visits Im greeted with sincere smiles from the very beginning to the end. The front desk staff are always helpful and quick to do whatever it is that is needed. I have never felt rushed nor have I ever felt like I was just another person they were cycling thru. They have always done their best to get me in as soon as possible. The waiting room is comfy and they have a tv and they offer small bagged snacks like crackers and cookies and offer Kuerig coffee. Now let me tell you about the medical staff. Dr.Kenney is awesome!!! She listened to everything I spoke to her about and heard all my anxieties about any health issues I had. She made sure to cover every base and what she couldnt treat she had me referrals to have taken care of by the very friendly and through referral lady. And last but not least Rosario, Dr. Kenneys nurse is absolutely incredible . She had me laughing before I even hit my room. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease from the very beginning and I am someone that generally gets pretty high anxiety for some reason at any doctors office. Here is another reason she is awesome, after seeing Dr. Kenney I had to have blood work and needed a tetanus shot. I HATE NEEDLES!! Rosario was like an angel, she drew my blood with a single stick and it wasnt at all painful !! When it was time for my tetanus shot I tensed up to prepare for it and Rosario was like ok all done!! I didnt even feel it that to me deserves 6 stars!! I just wanna give a thank you to the whole staff for making my visits spot on!!

Potomac Primary Care is a warm and family orientated atmosphere. I have only experienced nothing but the best treatment when it comes to my healthcare.. Dr. Shore was my PCP however, she left HealthOne for a more recognized position at another Healthcare facility. Such a shame to have such a loss. I was referred to Dr. Kenney from Dee Davis the manager of PPC who is such a top notch person that should be highly recognized for her professionalism and her gracious and warm attitude with all her employees and patients. Dr. Kenney was wonderful to meet and handled my healthcare in a concerning way which made me feel I was in good hands and she truly was concerned on what I had to say and took the time which is important to me. I highly recommend this facility and the people and doctors who run it. Hands up 100%....

Front desk was professional and friendly. Waiting time in lobby and room was only because I was early of my appointment. Contact by phone was efficient and did post visit follow up so that I was in the loop and that timely medical document was handled appropriately by the office staff. The Nurse and physician were efficient and pleasant. The physician was one of the best I have ever seen. Attentive, on time, educational, and thorough. Choosing a new provider and establishing a new clinic is not easy but I fell into the best possible situation. I am glad I did not see the negative feedback review posted or I would have gone to another site. Hard to say what really happened, but my experience was excellent and based on the quality care, I will bring my kids to this practice.

Last year during Christmas I was out of state and the local pharmacy was giving me a hard time about filling a prescription. The Dr offices were closed because of the holidays and Debra Hoffman was the Dr on call. It took her about 5 minutes to call the pharmacy and give them whatever information they needed. I was so relieved. I would not go anywhere else but not just for that reason. Debra Hoffman is so good about making you feel comfortable. I love this practice and even though I recently moved 60 miles away I will still make the drive to come here. The office staff are amazing too, and I love seeing them when I go in. They are very responsive and caring.

I am extremely pleased with how my experience was at this office. All of the staff was kind and helpful. I was made to feel cared for and not just a number. Dr Kenney was exactly what I was looking for in a doctor and her nurse Rosario went above and beyond to make sure all of my concerns or questions were answered as well. The front desk staff was polite and professional as well. Overall, I would recommend this practice to anyone. I have searched for quite a while to find the right fit for me and now I can finally say that I have found the best place for my personal healthcare needs.

I have been going to Potomac Primary Care for years, and have been beyond impressed throughout my care. The staff has always been so caring and sweet, and extremely helpful with any requests I have had. I can get an appointment almost immediately. I see Dr. Montgomery, and she is by far the best doctor I have ever had. She is always so genuine, compassionate, patient, thorough, and the best patient advocate I have ever witnessed. I have always recommended her to family/friends, and easily give her 5/5 stars hands down.

The people at this front desk are rude and they dont care about you AT ALL! I called in and described symptoms and the only thing they wanted to do was to get me off the phone. They didnt even ask the doctor. Also, they dont recognize you as a person when you call in. They have no idea who they are talking to and they certainly dont care. I dont have a complaint about the doctors, but the front desk is the worst. If you want to be treated like an actual human being, dont bother calling here.
