Absolutely horrible care. I had a plantars wart on my foot that was causing me a lot of pain. The doctor(forgot his name) looked at my foot for 5 seconds, told me to take aleve or tylenol and get dr.scholls wart remover at a grocery store. He literally didnt look me in the eye a single moment, then started to walk away. I had stop him from leaving, telling him to wait, so I could explain myself. Id already done everything possible and the wart didnt go away, I told him, which is "why Im here." He could care less. He didnt believe I was in the pain I said I was, and gave me nothing...no pain reliever, no advice. Couldnt believe it. Im in grad school going into the medical field myself, and this guy(the whole clinic) is a joke. I found a foot surgeon and yesterday he removed the wart..l know its gross, but he said "you must have been in incredible pain because this is the deepest, thickest plantars wart ive seen in 15 years." It felt good to have my pain confirmed as legitimate, especially after the idiot urgent care doc didnt believe me, or even try to listen to me.. Rocky Mountian charged me $340 for this visit...the doc saw me for less than a minute. I found out that all Rocky Mountian Urgent Care locations are literally a business more than they are a clinic. Im sure they may offer good medical care to some...but to see a doctor, youll be charged at least $300, mandatory. They dont care if you have insurance, which I did. I had met my deductible, and had no copay. This didnt matter to them. Had to fight to get my money back months later...I succeeded. Be warned, at least at this location that youll be treated like youre worthless. Pathetic.

My experience was terrible. I went in there for severe dizziness, while I appreciate all the work that the Nurse Practitioner did, They didnt figure out what the issue was. I was taken back and was informed of needing a strep test and then getting my blood pressure check after 15 min afterward. I got a strep test and then went through some other vertigo exercise. About 45min later I went to ask someone if they were going to check my blood pressure and they also left another persons chart in my OP room with all their pertinent information. That is a huge HIPPA violation. So they finally had someone come in and take my vitals and she smelled of straight cigarettes which didnt help me as my nose was extra sensitive to smells. The dizziness seemed worse with the medicine they gave me and informed me I needed to get picked up. I was picked up by my husband and before I left I informed them of where I had parked. They informed me to relocate my car to another area so they dont tow the car. Needless to say, my car was towed the next day when I came to get it. The parking lot is private and I was promised it would be fine if I relocate to the side of their building. It was a terrible experience. I told the tow truck that I was informed I was parked in the proper area. They informed me to take it up with the hospital. When I went back to the urgent care to speak to someone in charge, the front office staff informed me that there was no upper management in until Monday. There goes my weekend. Dizzy from an actual inner ear infection with they didnt catch and $322 in the hole for them failing on parking issues. I may seek legal advice for this.

I was Called "Israeli Jerk" over the phone by Brandon !!! Well, here is the Story about Brandon : On October 2 I visited the clinic with sever ankle pain. I was checked by the Dr. Klien (Who did a great Job) and some X-Rays done and blood tests were taken by Brandon ( He refused to tell me his full name) Sunday Morning at 9:44 I am receiving a phone call from the clinic. I guess Brandon did not expect me to answer that fast and the first thing I heard : "This is the file of the Israeli Jerk," I guess Brandon did not expect me to listen to the conversation, when I asked him who is this he changed his voice and said that he is calling to give me the test results. When I asked him why did he call me "Israeli Jerk," he ignored my question. I was in shock that a clinic that is supposed to attend patients is having someone who is Anti semi / Anti Israeli. I did not remember the persons face and I drove to the clinic to see who was it. And when I got there and found out who was Brandon, I refused to Brandon request to enter the room and talk to him and when I raised my voice and asked him in front of everybody "Why did he call me Israeli Jerk", he threatened to call the police. I said in front of everyone that he can call the police, I was not the one who called me "Israeli Jerk" Any ethnicity in Aurora should be alerted with the Clinic that is employing someone like Brandon.

My 15 year old daughter was having terrible pains in her back last night so I took her to this urgent care. When I approached the counter I questioned the receptionist about whether they felt it was the best place to evaluate my daughter or if I should go to the ER down the street. She replied that they could look at her but would probably just send her down there. I began filling out the paperwork and a man with a badly bleeding hand came in behind me. When he approached the counter the receptionist said out loud, "Oh, why do people keep having to come in here tonight?". He replied that he was very sorry to ruin her evening but he hadnt been able to get the bleeding to stop and needed help. Another staff person at the desk was inputting information into they computer. Her visible tattoos and facial piercings were less than professional. The male nurse that came out to call the next patient also had visible tattoos and large ear plugs. While I believe in personal expression, I believe that professionalism should be considered when hiring people in the helping fields. We left and went to the ER and had a very positive experience. We wont ever go back to that urgent care. There was an overall bad feeling about the place.

I never saw an actual doctor, only nurses. After I was "diagnosed", I asked a bunch of questions because they came in and said, "heres your discharge paperwork" - no explanation of what I was diagnosed with, how they came to that conclusion, methods of treatment, how long I should be expected to continue said treatment, etc. In fact, there was exteme annoyance I wasnt just taking their word for it and walking away. Extremely unprofessional and borderline rude behavior - medical "professionals" should be expected to have questions asked and that they answer those questions especially if a patient is being sent away with zero explanations. I found more information on Google for my injury than I found with this "urgent care", and will be seeing a specialist about it this upcoming week. If you need a strep test or a quick prescription for drugs, this is your place. If you need anything above and beyond that uses a medical degree - go somewhere where they actually employ professionals.
