I would NEVER recommend this practice. My first frustration came in the fact that I had to explain my life, history, and current pregnancy needs to each doctor at each visit, they couldnt be bothered to read my chart from prior visits. The icing on the cake was when I was told I needed to pay the entire estimated bill of all of my prenatal care and delivery by 24 weeks (about 6 months) into my pregnancy which was a problem because I was being asked to pay for services not rendered. Long story short, they were not willing to work with me and the billing department simply stated "Ill make a note in your chart" hung up, and cancelled all of my future appointments. I have since found a practice that respects me, my body, my adult decision to pay my bills as I see fit, and I am not looking back. I simply want to express to anyone else considering this practice to take these notes into consideration before committing to putting the care of yourself and your unborn child in these peoples hands.

The providers are great but ever since HealthOne took over, it has been worse. You can tell they over schedule themselves and are understaffed for the demand of phone calls/appointment scheduling they get. As far as triage goes, there is nothing urgent about triage on their end. I called today with a semi-urgent issue ( heaven forbid I had a more urgent issue). I cant get a hold of anyone, not even a scheduler. Ive called multiple times and I am prompted to leave a message. I have also been cancelled on and rescheduled multiple times, basically they dont have their stuff together! I mostly kept my service here because I wanted to deliver at Sky Ridge but that experienced changed in the past year too....HealthOne... Not impressed!

Dr Richason and the other OBs at The OB/GYN center are fantastic. Ive had a high risk pregnancy and she has monitored me closely to make sure the baby makes it to full term. She is extremely thorough, communicates very clearly, answers all my questions, explains teset results, and lets me know exactly what is going on. I was with another OB and switched to her. I am so happy that I did. She has calmed my nerves as a high risk, first time mom. She is also one of the nicest people Ive ever met. Cant recommend her enough. Ive also met with Dr McNamara and Dr Etten, and loved them both, too. Entire office staff is friendly and very helpful. They make having a baby a lovely experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Susan Ljunghags since 1990. She is a wonderful doctor and has always taken an interest in me and my family members. She remembers me when I come in for my yearly visits. She performed surgery on me in December of 1990. She or her staff personally call me on the phone when there are results of tests to be discussed. When I have serious concerns, I usually can make an appointment with her the same day and she listens to me and explains things to my satisfaction. Although her practice is OB/GYN she is very knowledgeable about all things medical. I really appreciate her and consider her not only as a great doctor for 26 years, but also as a friend.

Dr. Rebecca Lobell is extremely knowledgeable and competent in her field. I saw a few other OB/GYN doctors before seeing her and I am by far the most satisfied and impressed by her level of expertise. She monitored my pregnancy thoroughly and knew exactly how to proceed with treatment following any complications that arose. I felt so confident in her decisions both during the pregnancy and during labor and delivery. She always answered any questions I had, and I had a lot of questions being that it was my first time going through pregnancy. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation and am looking forward to continuing my OB/GYN care at her office.

I have never been to a doctor who made me feel more welcome or seemed more concerned for my general health. Dr. Richason and her staff, particularly Allie, were all smiles -- so warm and friendly that I felt like I was being welcomed by family or a very close friend; and, it was my first visit! I never felt like just a number or that she was rushing through the exam. She was ready to answer all my questions and address any of my concerns; but, she was also respectful and didnt push me to talk about anything I wasnt comfortable discussing. They made me feel like I was in the best of hands. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. McNamara is amazing!! He treated me like a VIP patient each and every time I went in for my pregnancy check ups, listened and answered all my questions no matter how dumb they might have seemed. I couldnt have gone through labor and delivery without him and his MA and I didnt. I made sure to wait until he was available and around to finally give birth to my precious baby boy. I owe my amazing experience during labor and delivery to him. It wasnt stressful at all and we even had a laugh during the process. I cant wait to have more babies knowing Dr. McNamara will be there to get me through all 9months.

Dr McNamara is my amazing and knowledgeable doc and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for obgyn. Ive had such great experience with him during my second pregnancy. He was always ready to provide answers to my questions and even goes the extra mile to give additional info on the subject matter. I never felt rushed at any Of my appointment with him. He took time to explain findings of lab work and ultra sounds to me. Ive always felt comfortable with him. He was absolutely amazing and caring during my traumatic delivery. Hes also a good customer service person who handles his patients with care!

Dr Voss and her staff are that rare professional medical team who work together to make you immediately feel at ease, comfortable and secure in the choice you have made for your OB-GYN care. You know youre in good hands because of their knowledge, kindness, caring nature, and the warmth they extend to all of their patients. I have been going to this practice for many years and cant find enough words to convey how wonderful they are. If youre in need of or looking for a new OB-GYN practice, look no further than Dr Jyl Voss. It is an amazing practice!

I recently went to the OB/GYN Center and was seen by Jeremiah McNamara. The wait time was under 10 minutes and everyone was sincerely nice and very efficient. McNamara made me feel completely at ease and spent quite a bit of time with me explaining everything. This made me feel that I wasnt just a paycheck, but genuinely cared for. I feel comfortable in my decision to proceed with the procedure and confident in McNamaras abilities to preform the surgery.

Both Drs Richason and Etten are simply the best of the best! Both have incredibly warm bedside manners and are patiently approachable for open conversation about all my health information needs... And I have a LOT! They graciously explain things in ways I can easily understand, and Dr Richason (my regular provider) thinks holistically about my health beyond OBGYN care, assessing and recommending proactive ways to maintain optimal health.

I had a friend refer me to the OBGYN Center. I went with the first doctor who had an opening and loved him. I loved the early morning appointments and always seemed that I did not have to wait long to be seen. I had other friends at the time I was expecting who were also expecting all with different doctors from this practice. I would never go anywhere else and I refer all of my other friends and family to this practice!!!
