I had not been to the dentist in OVER 6 years. I had been dealing with pain from my wisdom teeth so I finally decided to go online and find a dentist that had a good reputation. I made appointment not knowing what to expect and now I cant stop telling everyone about Excel Dental, Implant and Orthodontics. This place has the nicest staff from receptionist, Gladys, to office managers, Dee and Wendy, to dental assistants, Marysol and Laila and even the dentist, Dr. Lapsi. You truly get a five star experience and genuine kindness from everyone here. Appointment 1- Upon detailed examination in which Dr. Lapsi found 2 visible cavities that needed to be taken care of, 4 wisdom teeth that needed extraction, 1 other molar tooth that needed extraction and an Implant as well as a chipped front tooth. All of the X-rays were digital, he even showed me the cavities and teeth in detail using a camera that showed the images on the screen in front of me. Dee set up a comprehensive plan to correct everything that needed dental work and gave me a payment plan option. Everything was very respectfully and thoroughly explained and done. Appointment 2- On my second visit Dr Lapsi extracted my 1 tooth and placed the Implant. Dr Lapsi was extremely professional and gentle, always ensuring I was doing well and that I felt no pain. Always at his side was a dental assistant from his armada of dental professionals. They used very nifty tricks like thumping their fingers on my shoulder to distract me as the Implant was being done. The process was done in about an hour, went smoothly, and was as minimally invasive as the process could be. This extra attention to detail ensured the process was pain free and the healing process was swift. I even got a call that evening from Dr Lapsis office to make sure I was feeling well! WOW! People that actually care and take passions in their trade. Appointment 3- This was a sedation appointment where I was put under for my wisdom teeth. Needless to say, I dont remember anything and frankly loved every bit of the fact that I dont remember anything. My husband dropped me and picked me up within 2 hours. I had minimal swelling the next day, no pain and like the previous week, the staff was extremely courteous in their follow up visits and expressing their concern. Appointment 4- Consisted of a dental cleaning and 2 x fillings. The objective was to remove over a decade worth of plaque build up. Dr Lapsi used some state of the art sonic pulse cleaning machine that allowed for a painless cleaning without relying on an abrasive scraping method. The tool made extremely soft and gentle vibration that easily got the plaque off. Appointment 5- I had my front tooth gap filled. This was quick and gave me a smile that Im truly confident in. Shhhhhhhhh. Dont tell anyone. This is actually a good dentist office with the best dentist. My family has been going to Dr. Lapsis office since 2010. I think Ive hesitated to write a review on them first because I thought if I do so they will only get busier so for my owns selfish reasons I wanted to in a way keep them to myself but I feel that I should give them the due credit that they rightfully deserve. The staff, Wendy, Dee, Marysol, & Laila are excellent, appointments are always on time, Dr. Lapsi is the best, they send you reminders and confirmations, always send you home with a goodie bag and the office is very clean and modern. Due to my husbands and my previous Dental history, weve needed a lot of crowns as well as have had multiple Implants put in due to the previous rotten Bridges we had which probably were over 15-20 years old. My children have had their Orthodontic Treatment done under Dr. Lapsis office and WOW do I love their smiles. Their visits were always punctual with everything going smoothly during the past 2 years of my children having Orthodontic treatment. They both have also had their wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Lapsi under sedation and other than the 1 week sweeping, it was a painless and very well efficiently done procedure. I am also currently in Invisalign treatment with Dr. Lapsi. I love how my teeth are moving and how straight they are getting. I got an awesome deal for Invisalign at Dr. Lapsis office which I know for a fact is a hard to beat price. Dr. Lapsi is very meticulous and has great chair side manners. I appreciate the staff keeping me aware of what each procedure costs are and what my insurance will or will not cover. They have always helped me plan ahead in order to use my flex spending account. My family and myself have always had a seamless experience here.

Am an extremely satisfied patient of Dr. Lapsis. My 3 children and myself have been patients of Dr. Lapsis for over 4 -years now. My children have had their braces done and wisdom teeth pulled at Dr. Lapsis office and they all including myself are thrilled with their new smiles. What I always found convenient and loved about Dr. Lapsis practice is that all the services are done at the office and not referred out. It always has been so convenient to schedule appointments and Dental work visits. The office is open late evenings as well as on Saturdays so that worked out best for my schedule. Dr. Lapsi is a very courteous and a gentle and virtually pain-free dentist. I never knew a term like pain-free could exist when it came to the dental profession. But, my mentality changed after he became my familys dentist. I personally, have needed a few Root Canals as well as crowns . Not only has he made me feel extremely comfortable during all my visits but it seriously has been satisfying getting all the dental problems taken care off and getting them fixed. The staff, Wendy, Dee, Marysol and Liz are extremely accommodating in scheduling appointments and so very personal. Its nice to have happy smiling faces greet you and make you feel so very comfortable.Overall, I am a very happy patient of Dr. Lapsis and respect him and am highly grateful to him for taking care of my familys and my Dental needs.

Dr. Lapsi is an excellent Dentist who has a through knowledge and is an expert in his field. He was extremely caring towards my Dental needs and never once did I feel rushed towards making any decisions or towards the final results for my treatment. I have had several Implants placed in my mouth by him and my children have also had their Orthodontic treatment done with him. I am extremely satisfied with my familys as well as my treatment results. In fact towards the end of my treatment, I perhaps started getting a bit impatient ( my fault) but I admire Dr. Lapsi as a professional who is such a perfectionist that till he was satisfied with the final results of my Dental treatment, never once did he feel obligated just to complete my treatment in a haste.Dr. Lapsis staff is extremely thorough and professional and perfectionism comes very naturally to him. From the minute I had walked into his practice I have always felt extremely welcomed by his staff. They are experts with Insurance dealings. Never once have I felt pushed by them in making decisions. They have always been excellent about follow up appointments and after care. Overall a very well satisfied and wholesome experience and excellent Dental treatment. Highly recommend Excel Dental and Dr. Lapsi as well as his entire team.
