Nothing. They are slow. They ignore you as much as possible in the waiting room and after you have gotten into a room. You cant get them to answer any questions about how long wait time is. The nurses walk right by in the hall and dont acknowledge that you have even asked a question. I am pretty sure the doctor went to lunch after we got into a room. The billing department is sub par at best. Despite having a copy of the insurance card, which they can verify coverage by internet, I was told I had to provide proof of coverage. It has taken them almost a year to properly bill. And I was initially told I had to pay the balance, for which they failed to bill, before being able to see the urgent care doctor. Whoever runs this clinic is in serious need of sending staff and doctors to school for how to deal with the public.

We were in quick and that was the only good thing. The girl at the front desk checking in was not friendly at all. My 4 year old had been complaining of severe ear pain. The male doctor looked at it and said it was a little red and to just give her Motrin. We went home and were up all night because she was in so much pain. Took her to our family doc today and wouldnt you know. Ear infection and antibiotics given! This could have all been handled if these people werent so incompetent. And the fact my 4 year old had so much pain all night because their doctor didnt take his time to even really look!!! Never again will I come here or refer people here!

Turned away at the door and sent to the ER at memorial (by the way who were extremely professional and had me in and out in less than half an hour, and could not understand why I was turned away at OMG) for a simple case of conjunctivitis. If you are seeking "Urgent Care" go elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience on my very first visit. I had a bee sting and was seen promptly and everyone I encountered was nice and very helpful. I loved the nurse practitioner I saw Cindy. Thanks for everything.

This place is horrible the woman working there is rude and very argumentive and her MMA does not ask the right question and it took 2 hours I will never return there again or even recommend anyone to ever go there

Very little wait to get in, careful examination, nice doctor (Chris) who took the time to answer questions and explain his thinking, quick prescription. Very happy with the service today at OMG Urgent Care.

No urgent care here!! Short wait times umm absolutely not!! 2 hours to get physical and Oh was there when opened! Guess they where not ready for they day! Should be paid by quality of service!!
