If i can give it less than a star i would do, mediocre service, a shame for medical field. I called for a skin problem to ask if they can help me with it, as i could not wait to see a dermatologist, because i couldnt find one available the same day, and my insurance suggested to go to Concentra Urgent Care located in Abbotts Bridge road, the lady asked and then said yes, i showed up and had to wait for almost an hour at their waiting room, before seeing the "doctor", oh my goodness the Doctor looked at my skin problem and shouted " oh it might be infected!!" She was so rude, screaming at me if i want antibiotics, so she can charge my insurance, then she left me for 15 min waiting, when she came back i asked if she can help me with it and she said "you should know better and go to see a dematoligist!!" with a gesture meaning "out of my sight", i was wondering if that woman was alright, well that was my experience, never going to go back there.

Absolutely the WORST urgent care experience I have every had. Waited 45 mins to be entered into the system then another 15 to be called back. Next the doctor brushed me off and was in and out of the room in under 3 minutes. He left me sitting in the room 10-15 mins to do my prescriptions, then comes and get me leading me out the the waiting room where I proceed to wait another 15 mins for my prescriptions. Which I left without because I go tired of being told to wait. I had already missed 2 hours and had to get to a meeting. I ended up wasting $35 for nothing. The doctor pretty much told me I was imagining the irritation and inflammation Ive been suffering for two weeks. The staff seemed to be more concerned with their DOT & work physical clients then with their urgent care patients.

As with all concentras, this is equally as pathetic. Horrendous wait times. Never been to a concentra without a minimum of a 2 hour wait. Lawrenceville location had a 4 hour wait! These places would not be in business if they didnt convince ignorant employers to contract with them and force new employees to use them for drug screens and psychicals. Hate everything about every location of concentra. I would be embarrassed to work for them. Im embarrassed enough to be seen in the lobby of such a horrible company. There are reasons legitimate doctors have and invented appointments. So save clients and doctors time. This walk in crap is nonsense and as I said before without forcing people to use them via employers they would never survive.

This has to be the slowest urgent care I have ever seen. An hour to wait in the lobby, finally taken back into a room and I hear the doctor going into another room. I figured I would ask to see how much longer of a wait it will be. The MA tells me he just went in to see the patient before us. That patient was taken back almost 45 mins ago. So far current wait time is an hour and a half and still no doctor. Could have been seen quicker at the local ER. Dont waste your time or insurance here. They have no concept of time. Go to one of the many other urgent care clinics near by.

Dont go here if you actually need "urgent care". Two hours wait on a Friday at 11:00 AM. With only one patient in front of us and all he was doing was a drug test. And unless you have Ebola theyre gonna act like theres nothing wrong with you. And then she brought paperwork in Spanish when we spoke not one word of it, she said, quote, "she just assumed we did"

I dont know if Im able to give a fair reveiw, because I wasnt actually treated here. Fortunately, the young woman informed me that they wouldnt take my insurance because of a certain policy pertaining to car accidents. So she gave me two other options. Im grateful that she told me that upfront before I was treated, only to find out that I wasnt covered.

Be prepared to wait!! A drug screen took an hour; there was no prioritizing. I nearly discharged the sample needed for pre-employment screening. The medical staff literally moved with no sense of urgency, and at check-in, patients are asked to state aloud their reason for the visit. I truly empathize with anyone visiting for personal reasons.

This place has the longest wait time for an urgent care facility Ive ever seen. I waited an hour in the lobby and then another hour when I finally got put in a room. Then the doctor basically lectured me over my diagnosis instead of acknowledging what could be done to fix it. I I wont come back here again

I have a knee accident and was sent there by my company. The people there are so nice and very understanding. The physical therapist there really knows what and how to do what you need. There is a specific nurse there that has been very helpful and sweet. I recommend this place to anyone who needs help.

The lady in front desk is very professional and quick. However, the process of drug test for pre-employment take forever. I step in the office at 12:43pm and now is 2:40pm and I still does not see the doctor. I figure out I should write the review to kill time.

No streamlining for drug test screening.... this facility should just stop making themselves available to perform this service. Why wait over an hour and a half to just drop a urine sample????? Ridiculous

Waited 1.5 hours to take a simple drug screening when I show up prepared. Finally had to use the restroom and come back. Absolutely ridiculous. Everyone moves at a snails pace.

Ask for the exact amount of the service or they may overcharge you. I was waiting for the results and did not get a follow up phone call or appointment. Just the bill.
