Ok here is how this establishment can fix their crappy rating.1. Fix the problem and dont bs people and think they dont know any better because you may get a rude awakening when they prove you wrong. My son was/is a patient there and he needs a lot of work done. As a mother I was trying to do that but your office doesnt make it very easy. Like you make people jump through hoops. Ive been going there since January and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I was refered to another dentist yesterday finally because, what they dont tell you is that if they cant handle the problem in their office they punt you to another dentist and waste your time. I was promised the first one DR. Booba in AC was was the best around! Bullshit. She cant even keep her appts. If they refer you to her just say NO! It will be a big waste of time. Ive been trying to find another dentist since then but every is booked solid or Im out of network with my insurance and Im not paying out of pocket when Im already covered. It would be stupid to double pay right?. 2.BE UPFRONT with your clients. Please dont waste my time, I hate that. Im a busy working wife and mother my time is valuble. I took the nessacary steps to make sure I was covered by my insurance to have my son seen at your establishment, so I wouldnt have to pay an arm and leg for dental. I dont recieve Medicaid dental insurance so it isnt free for me. It comes out of my husband check every month through is job. Your place charged for services rendered and have already gotten 300.00 from me and nothing was done! I check every time. A 5 min cleaning min plus a 45 min wait in the room was 87.00?. I follow my insurance policy to tee. And I was an insurance specialist for 2 years so I know the drill trust me, you cant fool me I will catch you everytime. You know its bad when your own husband see the bs your trying to pull! Stop deceiving people. But I do want to thank 1 nurse there who I know was doing everything in her power to try and get me the help I needed. I saw it and it didnt go unnoticed at all! And I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You were the only one that really showed compassion and understanding when you saw the only thing I was trying to do was have my son get medical care. You understand, dont stop doing what you do. You have a heart of gold. I hope someone from your office sees this and shows it too your boss or manager, so you have a better understanding on why your ratings are so low. People come to seek medical treatment except a quick response. Stop trying to bleed peoples insurance dry and waste their time.

WORST! Prime example of healthcare that is all about the check but not about actual care towards the patient....Had this office fill a cavity of mine...Year later started to have irritation on the same tooth that was filled so made an appointment to get checked out. Doctor explained tooth would probably need a route canal and asked me if the pain was something I could handle til end of the week..replied yes and he insisted we should check tooth out just to make sure route canal was what was needed. He drilled for about 10seconds before saying it was...Office then told me they called my insurance company to verify it was a 100% covered for me and only thing I would be responsible for was $25 copay.... On day of route canal a week later they then explained I would need a cap which would not be covered and I would owe them $800 next week! Office told me I could wait to get the cap next year so insurance would cover which is the route I decided to go. Now 3 months later I receive a bill for $158 from the Vineland office. When calling to see what it was for the Vineland office tells me they have sent out a bunch of bills by mistake and I was to call the Cape May Court House location to make sure...CM office then told me the 10second drilling that I didnt even need to get in the first place was what I owed money on. This office is misleading people when it comes to payments and what their charges are. I now have a route canal tooth that still has pain at times, and doesnt have a cap. Will be scheduling future appointments elsewhere based off this experience and encourage others to either steer clear of this office or get any billing in writing prior to receiving procedures here!

I was sick for 5 days with sinusitis and on the sixth day my face/jaw swelled so I went to urgent care and was informed I had a infected salvary gland and to see my dentist the following Monday. I made an appointment and had an evaluation at 2:00. I went in they were very nice at first and sympathethic. I had xrays and the doctor came in to examine me. He pushed on my salivary glands and said everything was okay but it is swelling, and he told me I need a root canal and an appointment was made for me at another branch for the following day. While I was up at the appointment desk I could here them making fun at me and laughing. I looked back at them and ask them are you laughing at me. These are dentist, not very professional and against every HIPPA law there is, talking about patients when the patient is in ear shot.I drove 35 miles to the other branch in pain and still not taken care of. After waiting 2 hours I was informed I had to reschedule until the following Monday. I was livid and informed them I will find another dentist. POOR Care by any means.

Dr. Battula is the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Her skill, level of customer care, and satisfaction are beyond compare. This is someone you can count on to put her patients first, and ensure they receive the best care. From her very competent assistants all the way to the front desk, I would give 10 stars if possible! You simply could not ask for a better experience! I strongly suggest to anyone a visit to see Dr. Battula when deciding what dentist you want for your oral care!

God awful; long story short I had three cavaties that were not filled correctly. They dont listen to your concerns. I had to tell the doc I wanted to be numbed. He suggested to go on drilling my teeth without it. Hygentist scrapped my teeth prior to this visit. They also seem to sign every one up for mouth guards... Save yourself a trip I regret ever going here. (7-5-16 last appointment date)

Probably the worst dental office ever. The dentist worked on my root canal and shared a video at the same time. More interested in gossiping about another patient. First appointment I sat for two hours waiting for my dental work and they gave me a prescription. Run run run from this butcher.

This place is terrible. Their work is shoddy and once they make a mistake or ruin you and your child mouth they refuse to see you. My child ended up in the hospital for a week. If you dont want to end up searching for a lawyer please stay away
