I wouldnt even give them a star if that was possible. This was the absolute worst experience I or my husband have -ever- had with a dental practice. My husband went to the Bristol office, and was told he needed a root canal. The estimate with a metal cap was around 400. We paid the majority of it, and then the secretary was supposed to figure out the remainder. A few weeks after it was all finished we get a bill in the mail for 1000$!!! While still fighting with them over the price, his root canal failed after just a few months, leaving him with a horrible infection in his jaw and all culminating with Columbia having to comp a tooth extraction because they screwed up the root canal so horribly. Not to mention he was shuffled between the Bristol office (who did the shoddy work in the first place, and is staffed by a pack of incompetents), the Waterbury office, and the Manchester office, missing two days of work because none of them were able to do the work that they set his appointment for. The Waterbury office didnt even wait for his Novocaine to set in before they pulled the tooth. He wasnt fully numb until we were already halfway home. Myself, I lost my patience entirely with them after they improperly finished my filling, and when they fixed it they simply made it worse, and as I was speaking to the secretary, part of it fell right out! I ended up going to a completely different dentist where I had to get the filling removed, part of my gum cut away to get to the part of the cavity they never removed, and an entirely new filling put in its place. Also I got to experience my first panic attack at a dentist office because I was so stressed out after how horribly the Bristol office attempted to weasel out of the situation, after the amount of pain and time that went into it all. Moral of the story. NEVER. EVER. Go to Columbia.

Usually I would rather go to the dentist than the eye doctor, but not this time. I went to the Bristol office 3 times. The first time I waited over 45 minutes, I gave my name at the desk, they said all set. 3 people that came in after me went before me. Finally they asked if I had filled out the paperwork. ARE U kidding me???? 45 minutes and now they ask! Then went into the chair finally. Well......the assistant had no idea what was going on she was rushing around. She put the xray pad in my mouth the tripped over the wire it was attached to! Ripped it right out of my mouth! Like I wasnt in enough pain! Then the dr came in and told me my tooth needed to be extracted and that I needed an antibiotic. WHY do u think I was there and for over an hour!!!!! So I go back(yea I gave a second chance) to get my tooth extracted only to be in more pain! The numbing meds they inject hurt like hell going in. I was having a panic attack!!! The extraction wasnt real smooth either. So its been 5 days and Im still in pain where I have to take a pain killer and high doses of ibuprofen and ice. Something isnt right.....I call first thing and the answering service gives me an appt for that day at 4. So I go there and the receptionist tells me they have me scheduled for mon the 22. No.......I made an appt today for pain only. Well, they doctor Im supposed to see isnt even there! Horrible experience. unexperienced, poor bedside manner and very unorganized! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I would like to give all the wonderful Staff and Doctors in the Rocky Hill office 10 stars out of 10 stars for greatness! They are friendly, professional, on time for appointments, call me with courtesy calls on follow-ups to see how I am fairing after any dental work and are truly caring individuals. The dental work I have had done by Dr. Stanko is superior to ANY I have ever had done. All in all this Dental practice in Rocky Hill is the absolute BEST. Thank you all for your attention to detail and also, your constant friendly smiles! :) Barbi D.

Stay away! I waited 3 months while they screwed up insurance submissions over and over, requesting services I did not need. And the way they did it I would not be covered to get the one procedure done without doing a second, much more painful one. Like the prior reviewer said, do yourself a favor, go somewhere you are treated and respected like a patient, not just another revenue stream.

Always a great experience - which is saying a lot for a dentist! The staff that greets you is always smiling, happy to have a conversation. The docs know what they are doing and won;t try to cheat you out of your hard-earned dollars. Very up-front. WAY better than my last dentist - the crooks over at Aspen Dental!

Amazing experience from the receptionist to the dental assistant & Dr. Weber, everyone made my visits pleasant. Always on schedule with getting me in at the time of my appointments. Very professional & friendly. I highly recommend the Bristol office to every one.

Usually average until recently. Always seeing a diff. Dentist. Last experience, although reception was polite, it didnt make up for the disorganized, unprofessional & uncaring outcome. Wont be returning after 3+ yrs of regular visits.

Always have a great experience here. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Dr. W. is awesome. I am not a fan of the dentist but I dont mind coming here. Best of all they take the whole family!

I would NOT recommended, reception staff are rude, but others are seem to be nice. They are not care about their pts, only care how to make money from pts. AVOID WASTE TIME, MONEY
