I made an appointment to neuter my 7 month old chihuahua mix a few weeks ago over the phone. The woman I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. The cost seemed very affordable for the surgery. The woman told me to arrive around 7/8am and that my dog would be ready around 3. I arrived at 7:30 and the clinic was overflowing with dogs. I was not greeted when I entered the clinic and waited at the front desk until one of the front desk women were free. They seemed to be very busy filing paperwork and serving others who walked in before me. As I waited, more guests started arriving and the front desk women began greeting them and giving them paperwork as they multitasked with other paperwork. I am not sure why I was not greeted when I entered or why no one acknowledged me when I walked in. It seemed like they had their hands full. But still, I cannot understand how both of the women looked straight at me and did not attempt to assist me. My pup and I walked out of the clinic after 10 minutes of not being served. I would not go back and I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to wait to be served while others cut you in line.

Vaccines went smoothly. Neutering, however, is a very difficult process here. They cancelled three separate appointments to neuter my dog. On the last attempt to neuter my dog, they stated that my boyfriend was too rude while dropping off the dog. The process for dropping your pet off the morning of surgery is very stressful. Traffic in that area in the morning is unbearable. There is only one drop off time. The last day my boyfriend attempted to drop off my dog, the line was very long. It is very difficult to fill out the forms while keeping your pet calm with one hand. My dog is a large breed. I had previously taken days off of work to get this task completed, so I was familiar with this process. I am convinced that they do not like taking large breed dogs and do not feel competent performing anything other than basic procedures. Despite all of the inconvenience we went through having to reschedule multiple times, they still refused service. They did not do what was in my pets best interests. It mattered more to them to refuse us service as if they were soup nazis from Seinfeld.

Great Clinic! Have been with a wonderful dog clinic in Wheaton for years but tired of paying for the elaborate 2-story building and simply compared costs for annual vaccinations and teeth cleaning between my clinic & Spay IL in Lisle. Still use the clinic for injuries or emergencies and clinic is wonderful! But for yearly vaccinations and for my 2 dogs save almost $300 dollars total. Great service too - always in a hurry and call them prior and they give me a summary of what my dogs had in year prior, an exact estimate of cost of shots needed for both of my dogs before I walk in. I dont need a comfortable office with magazines to take care of my dogs! Highly recommend for routine procedures! Staff is on top of costs and your history with them and always answer the phone promptly during hours open!! Professional vets on staff. I want to be in and out and they provide it if you plan accordingly!

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!! My one cat almost passed away (later in review) to start, I went here to get my two cats spayed. Not only did they give me my cat back covered in her own urine and vomit, they also were very rude! The place smelled horrible and when an owner’s animal had an accident on the floor they didnt clean it they just kind of left it. About my cat almost dying, my cat and another ladys dog both got a GRAPEFRUIT sized cist from NON STERAL EQUIPMENT. Both of our animals were in critical condition and were not expected to live past the night. When telling the staff they were again very rude! DO NOT GO HERE! Thankfuly, my fur baby is doing much better now and I belive that the lady whos dog was sick called the director of that area and they did clean and get rid of everything. The staff seams to be nicer but I havnt talked to them much since. BEWARE!

I brought my 14 year old pit bull with dementia in for a rabies shot. We live in an area where multiple rabid bats have been captured recently. They refused to give him the vaccine because apparently dementia is a disease and they wont vaccinate diseased animals. But its apparently ok to put my other pets and my family at risk and for us to break the law. Ironically, later on the same day, my friend brought in her bulldog who is on immunosuppressive therapy for Lymes disease and they gave her dog its vaccines. I asked repeatedly for an explanation, but none was given Its ok tho. I got him his shots at my vet for twice the price. So the moral of the story is to lie if you need discounted vaccines at this place. The Johnson family will never bring their animals back here.

I took my Ca De Bou mix puppy in for his shots. It was a Saturday around 12 during their walk in vaccination clinic. I got right in, no one else was there. The girls at the front desk where super nice and friendly. They greeted me and gushed how cute my puppy was. They even went and got the director to come see him. She came out and was super nice also. The girl at the front offered to go over the vaccinations and prices with me, but I had looked online prior so knew I wanted the puppy package and have him microchiped. The clinical staff in back were wonderful with my puppy also, you wouldnt even be able to tell he was getting shots. I also scheduled his neuter and they recommended I wait to have him microchiped and get his rabies during his neuter appointment.

I liked the place and i loved how Dupage comes up with plans and different afortable prices for different issues for our pets. But i have to say is The Customer Service is lacking big time, I have 10 Years of customer Service Experience and I can honestly say that, The front end receptionist needs work on her Customer Service skills, No smile, very unfriendly, it felt llike she didnt want to be there. As soon as people walk into the door they should get a hi or and acknowledment I am not sure if its due to the fact the she is pregnant or not but she needs a lot of work I just didnt care much for her attitude or her self appearance! My check out girl was way more friendly.

CONS: One of the front desk girls was very unwelcoming &rude when I would ask questions as if I was an idiot for not knowing the answer. They tattooed a line on my dog WITHOUT permission, I understand the meaning and helpfulness of the line; but 1.) they did not inform me about it; I didnt know what it was at first and gave her a few baths to get rid of it. &I finally after a month I googled it. And 2.) they did NOT get my consent. Pro: The tech that came out to get my dog was very friendly and sat with her, getting to know her and making her feel more comfortable. She even texted me a recovery pic of my dog curled in a blanket.
