I first saw Dr. Annjolyn and her staff in July for a kitten I had got. I have since been back 2 more times for follow ups with kitten care, shots, and to check out a leg/paw that I wasnt certain if it was fractured. Dr. Annjolyn has consistently communicated thoroughly and genuinely with me each time listening to my questions and responding thoughtfully and also providing recommendations based on her experience, knowledge, and evident skill with her natural presence and ease with myself and my kitten. I do not feel that she pushes unnecessary services on me as sometimes can happen with pets and their owners especially when balancing pet care within a budget is concerned. I do feel like she has good balance with knowing what is necessary for wellness and addressing an acute situation within a wellness and prevention context. My experience this far finds her recommendations have been conservative regarding how procedures/shots are stacked with regard to what my kitten might best handle at that moment. She leans in favor of less risk to my pet in consideration of doing medical interventions that weigh more toward the "not absolutely necessary side at the time". She is patient and makes use of "windows of times in a wellness or acute care plan and prioritization of the most important and recommended interventions to consider within the framework of client choice. I plan on continuing my pet care with her and her attentive staff and recommend her practice.

Dr. Pecoraro and her staff are outstanding! The animals always come first, as it should be, but their "bedside manner" for the families of the animals they treat is the perfect blend of warm, friendly, and professional. I also appreciate the efforts that have been made to introduce more technology into the clinic operations, and freshen up the overall appearance of the office. Dr. Pecoraro and Paulina were a blessing when it came time to say goodbye to our senior German Shorthair Pointer Elle in April 2016. The arrangments they made to make the experience as comfortable as possible were absolute perfection, and the care and compassion they showed were just off the charts. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would gladly do so.

I took our dog in for the first time this week. As the other reviewers stated everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Dr. Pecoraro never made me feel rushed and answered my numerous questions thoroughly. The staff call with tests results promptly. I was impressed by everyone I met, including Vanessa, who is a dog groomer who works out of the office. I went to Countryside Animal Clinic because it is in my neighborhood, but I will be returning because I feel confident that my dog will get the best care there and so will I!

Im a believer that the best medical care is from local practices without oversized staffs. A vet that actually treats your pet like a patient and not a number. Dr. Pecoraro was referred to us by a close friend who knows a thing or two about animals. Best referral ever. Personalized attention, always willing to answer questions and incredibly knowledgeable. They recognize our dog on sight and genuinely care about him.

Dr. Pecoraro is absolutely amazing. My cat Willow stopped eating and drinking, and Dr. Pecoraro treated her for liver issues. We discussed treatment options and she helped show me how to treat her from home because I couldnt affoard to hopitalize her. She went above and beyond what she had to do to care for my pet and although Williw unfortunately didnt make it, I truly appreciate the level of care she recieved.

My dog ate something she shouldnt have, and wasnt feeling very good. Of course, all the articles on Google were quite alarming. Although they had quite a few emergency cases, they were able to see her that day. All the staff were kind and caring. Absolutely love the team at Knoll! We took our dog here shortly after adopting him years ago, and they were fantastic. Every paranoid dog-mom moment I had, they were always there. Even now that I have moved to Texas I have still called them asking questions. Wish I could have taken them with us on our move. They love your animals like they love their own. Great people, great practice.

This place is fantastic! The staff are all so compassionate and clearly love animals. They care about what is wrong with your pet and will do everything they can for your animal. Dr. Annjolyn Pecoraro is a revelation, she is so nice, and does such a great job of explaining what is going on with your pet. Dr. Knoll has experience with some exotic pets, also, so anyone with Bearded Dragons, keep this in mind. The staff is wonderful, also!

Excellent staff & service. You can really tell that they are staffed with animal lovers - they indulged my curious pup and gave him lots of pets! He was having some stomach trouble and the team really helped us check everything and continued to follow up with us over the weekend. Highly recommend.
