I had a lower back injury which required me to revisit this location until I could see the reccomended specialist. The specialists took weeks for me to get into. My initial visit was execellent had nothing bad and all great things to say about my experience. However, when I returned because my pain was unbearable. The doctor walks in rudely with a sheet of legitimatley prescribed medications over a years period. Granted I have had numerous health problems including surgery. She starts to ramble off medications I have had and quotes she was outside adding up the number of pills I have had. Before I could even speak. Are you kidding me? Listen lady wasnt here for narcotics okay. They are other great medications out there that are just as helpful to reduce someones the pain. I will never come back or reccomend MD Now to anyone. I will also make sure it is taken down from my works list of providers when needed for care. I didnt come here to be accused of drug seeking. I came here just for a little pain relief. Shame on you Dr.Grossman. I know its bad here in Florida but introduce yourself and get to know the patient before you come up with absurb and embarrassing accusations.

I went into urgent care and my first impression was: clean, professional,attentive and caring. I was given a script for an over the counter drug to try and soothe my health issues. When the diagnosis of meds did not work a few days later i called the office back. They recommended that i come in and be reevaluated, after expressing my feelings about the expenses i have incurred already with my flu and how i felt i should have been given an antibiotic the first visit the clinic apologized. They felt strong about me revisiting the clinic to be reseen. I cant afford 300$ in doctor visits for a zpack. So i wrote a review about how i felt wronged. The clinic called me and expressed their concern for my health and wanted to make it right and get me better. Since then the clinic has followed up with me by personally calling. Thank you for caring urgent care. I will visit you the next time i am in need.

On 8/31/2014 I took my husband to this wonderful facility. Honestly, in the 10 years I have lived down here - this, by far, was a best experience all the way around - from beginning to end. We were treated so very kindly and professionally from the receptionist right through to Dr. Gabriel Betancourt. Dr. Betancourt spent quality time with us and saw to my husband immediately with the finest of manners all the way thru. The MAs were Savlo Barrera and Randee Corbin - both were so very excellent and helpful to both of us. Cant say enough about this facility AND the care shown to us.

Worst urgent care I have ever been to in terms of customer service. It was an hour wait to even be taken back with just a few people in the waiting room including myself. Then they took me back to take my vitals and then put me in another room that I have been waiting for another 30 mins!!!! Sitting here pissed off writing this review WITHOUT ANYBODY ATTENDING TO ME. I feel forgotten about and feel as though the way they manage patients and wait times is the worst way I have ever seen anybody do business. I will never come back here again.

Far better and cheaper to go to Walgreens walk-in clinic. Doctor just prescribes some antibiotic for some nasal congestion. Problem is, if that does not work and you call back, then they simply tell you thats why they recommend you see a specialist. Question, I could go to Walgreens walk-in clinic an get prescribed antibiotics for a third the price so why go to MD Now? If they simply prescribe antibiotics and refer you to a specialist, why not simply go to the specialist directly? Why waste time going to MD Now?

First time visiting the door was open I came in with my 10 year old daughter the lady is screaming mam we are closed very rude she could care less what the issue was with my 10 year old daughter. I ask her kindly since Im in and the door was not lock can you see my daughter she didnt take a second look at my daughter and said Nope!! I will never go back there and make sure anyone I know do not attend there!!! And I will send a complaint!! I wonder if the doctor knows how this office is being presented!!!

Worst place ever. Doctors prescribe you over the counter drugs after taking 140$ flat rate fee to be seen. Then push you out the door with a bye bye see you next week when you come back in for real meds. My wife and i are suffering with severe infections because this office did the minimum to help improve ou health from our i initial visit. Save you money and go to a min clinic offered by cvs, walgreens 1/2 the price and they actually treat your symptoms with antibiotics.

The worst clinic I ever went.I was in pain on Sunday... the doctor told me to buy over the counter medication plus a coquetel that didnt work for pain and charge me a fortune for a visit plus the coquetel. I returned the next day with the same pain they said for me to wait three days a . I lost the money I paid and I had to wait to the next day to find a new doctor

I just went there for help. I got none, just a bill and vague statements from a doctor who told me to go to the ER if I feel worse. They had no idea whats wrong, did not prescribe anything I went home feeling worse and without ANY idea of whats wrong with me. Big waste of money and time.

Exactly what Ryan Braun said. Ive been here twice and never again. The doctors are straight out of med school. They write you a prescription for over the counter medication and tell you to try them and come back. The office staff can be heard negatively discussing other patients.

I am not always a fan of the way medical practices are run. However MD NOW in Margate is an exception. Friendly and Professional Staff and no ridiculous waiting. A very positive experience and they worked well with our insurance too. (Aetna).
