My wife was in this facility in the post acute unit after having a femur fracture repaired and total hip replacement at Sutter Roseville Hospital. The Administrative staff and the nursing staff were awesome and attentive, we were both very pleased with the care my wife received. I would recommend Roseville Care Center to anyone.

Horrible communication between departments as well as to family members. The facility always smells of urine and feces and the rooms are often dusty with dead bugs on the windows. Poor quality of life for the patients.

Great facility which deserves 5 stars. Great staff who provide loving care non-stop. Everyone works hard. Place is kept clean by janitors who are always keeping the facility clean and welcome. Highly recommended!

We had a loved one placed here after a stroke. Moved her after 3 days. The care here is HORRID!!! Please for the sake of your loved one pass this place right by. Find a much smaller place.
