The Center Manager needs to be more sensitive to her customers. When people come in to an Urgent Care on a Saturday when the doors open, its obvious they are sick and needing to be seen. To have them sit for 45 minutes while the front desk trys to get their system to work, and then fill out paperwork is inexcusable. Also the sweet girl who was working the front desk was there by herself and it was her first Saturday to work. She had to have her boss on the phone to help her get her system up. All the while you just sit with a 101+ temp and wait. Being the first one to walk in the door this morning, it still took 1.5 hours. People and their insurance companies are paying top dollar for this place, please dont manage it like it were a govt free health center.

OMG!!! Horrible service, they treat patients with disrespect. There is an awful receptionist named "Jessica", stay away from her. She doesnt know what she is doing!! she does alot of mistake and if you confront her, not only she doesnt appologize she is the most rude person there. She(including few other ones)must be fired. They are abusive toward patients.

Omg this place is a godsent to Gilroy. Cause lets face it saint louise and most of its workers dont care for the well being of their patients . the care here at us heatlth works is 100 % for the wellbeing of its patients.

This place sucks! Dont bother planning a life around an appointment. 1st visit 1 oclock appointment with a 2 hour wait. 2nd visit 3 oclock appointment left after 90 minutes. Scheduled with another doctor in san jose.

I have to thank U.S. HealthWorks Medical Group for accommodating my daughter who had an asthma attack. Their staff treated my child as soon as we arrived. Im so thankful shes OK now. Highly recommended!

There were no doctors in the building, after waiting 45 minutes they told me they were waiting for a doctor and didnt know when one would arrive. What a waste of time

Horrible i came with my mom and they called her in 30 min after we got there and a doctor saw her an hour and half later. But awesome people at the computers

Not only does staff ignore you, asking how long it can take is annoying to them. They lack a level of professionalism. Hands down the slowest service.
