When my insurance was changed I was devastated because I really liked my prior doctor and didnt want to change. Eventually I reluctantly went online to research for a new doctor . I decided to choose Dr. Wayne M. Lee. It was one of the best decision Ive ever made. Dr. Lee is very Empathic and such an understanding warm and caring person. Dr. Lee actually listens to my concerns and never rushes me out of the door. Like people say "Things happen for a reason" and I now have the best. doctor. Had occasion to call Dr Lees office this a.m. to set an appointment for discussion of lab work. What a smartAlec condescending unprofessional receptionist. She asked would there be need of special accommodation pursuant to office visit and I unfortunately I asked for stop gap med to get me through until appointment. She then advised me that the definition of specal accommodation "meant" wheelchair or the like and excluded meds. I quickly apologized for my ignorance. Completely tone deaf. Surely the good doc deserves better..if past experience is any barometer its a crap shoot.

My children and I go to doctor Lee and have been for awhile . He is always polite and professional. He also has no problem recommending alternatives to medication when asked. Ive never had a problem with Dr. Lee staff they are always accommodating and wait times are generally short.
