I have documented multiple, horrid experiences that we have had with KP. Most recently, I took my brother-in-law who has paraplegia, dementia, and mental health issues in to the ER for suicide watch and they placed him in a board and care in the slums of Sacramento. When I went to check on him the next day, he was near death. They didnt treat him, the dropped him in a hell hole to die. I took him back last night and they finally admitted him. When we were in the ER, the security guys were outside of his door and kept saying out loud, "Crazy," while laughing. Then after that when the doctor said she was going to give him meds to calm him down, they laughed and said, "You are gonna sleep tonight." Like they were making fun of him. When I called this morning to see where they placed him, the ER Admittance said, "He is at Freemont." When I asked if that was the city or the name of the place, she told me to, "Google it," and hung up on me. He has dementia, yet they refuse to treat him for it, they act like it doesnt exist. He is gravely disabled, yet they continue to put him in a non-assisted living environment where people steal from him, stalk him, scream at him, where there is no supervision, no help, no food, and puts him in an extremely dire and dangerous situation. I have countless of other documented, recent horrible, encounters of their lack of quality care and in fact, abuse of patients. I have tried everything I could think of but am tired and growing weary. I cant fight the giant that is Kaiser.

I have had the same physician for 10 years now at Davis Kaiser. She is brilliant, thorough, professional, and easy to talk to about my medical needs. She has never held back on necessary tests Ive needed. Im a very happy patient! This location provides quick and easy service, great parking ~ so much easier than going to Kaiser North in Sacramento (though their service is good, the parking is a challenge and its much further for me to travel). I would recommend Davis Kaiser to anyone seeking the highest quality medical plan, physicians, and location.

I have been with Kaiser for more than 40 years and in the beginning had to drive to Vallejo for health care. Now I have the clinic a few blocks away. Over the years I have had at least 7 primary care doctors and all have been good. My family has gone with Kaiser through child birth to my 86 year old declining health wit care that was highly skilled and based upon my needs rather than the bottom line. I have the health care all citizens deserve.

After taking my kids OUT of school for an appointment , Just to get there and be told both appointments were cancelled because the doctor cancelled all appointments A WEEK IN ADVANCE. I didnt receive a call, a email, voicemail etc. With a week to contact patients youd think youd get a call to reschedule so that you DIDNT pull your kids out of school and miss work for NO REASON.... not to mention I live out of town. Poor Service.

What I hate most is that people who work there dont even bother to ask my name or greet me like a human being. They either just hold out their hand for my member card or ask me what my number is. They typically dont talk to me by name. Furthermore, no one really listens to me about what works for me. Its all about the bottom line at Kaiser not patient care.

I went here once to take x-rays on my ankle after a basketball injury. I was in so much pain I thought I had broken my ankle. Luckily x-rays showed I didnt. The physician was extremely patient, understanding and reassuring. However, hopefully i never have to go back (no one WANTS to go back to a hospital...)

Had a doctors visit sometime in May for stomach troubles. This was my first time at this place and staff were very friendly in helping me find my way around. Dr Harel Ho listened attentively to my problems and didnt just casually dismiss my problem.

Made an appointment over the phone and they didnt finalize it and wouldnt acknowledge it. I came in for a flu shot early morning with no one around and still had to wait over 3hrs for a shot and for others I see them walk in and out in 30mins...
