I wish I could say the wonderful things about Dr. Harwood as everybody else, but truthfully, nothing this doctor said was accurate, he made commitments several times that he didnt keep, he didnt inform me what he was going to do, or the game plan. It really ruined my trust for this doctor, I had the strong feeling that I was a very low priority for him. Most doctors are very care full when scheduling in their patients for surgery, this doctor seemed to be just willy-nilly about it, then you throw in his office staff not friendly not helpful and that pretty much completed the picture for me. I learned never feel trapped by your doctor, most insurance companys will let you get a second opinion, so I went straight to Stanford and never looked back, best decision I ever made, Stanford made Dr Harwood in my opinion look very unprofessional. Peace of mind is everything!
