ROUGH AND GRUFF. I had my first cleaning with them about 6 months ago. The hygienist was very rough and it was very painful. My second cleaning was yesterday. I asked for a different hygienist. She was also rough, and seemed to be going at a fast pace. I get the feeling that all they care about is business and making money and getting patients in and out of there as fast as they can. My mouth, teeth, and gums hurt for the rest of the day after my cleaning. Also, before you get any work done, you must pay with a very gruff and impersonal lady who handles the finances. Along with my cleaning yesterday, I was fitted for a bite guard. Not a second after I walk into the reception area, the finance lady pounces on me for payment for a yet-to-be-seen-and-made bite guard. I asked if I could pay when the bite guard came in (Id like to see if it even fit well or not), and she said ok but didnt seem thrilled about it. Maybe I am spoiled, but I moved here from Michigan and always had wonderful, patient, sensitive dental people working on me. And they NEVER asked for money up front - it was always after the work was completed. So weird how Eastern Dental insists on collecting beforehand, but maybe they have had bad experiences with previous patients who didnt pay...

Worst experience i have EVER had with a dentist before. Made my appointment for 11:30 (mind you i went on my lunch break and took an extra 30 mins - an hour and a half lunch). went for a cleaning and check up. Didnt even get seen by a dentist until 12:30 when i told the lady at the front desk to take my name off the list that i was leaving. Then magically they were available to take me.Took my x rays. There was no time for my cleaning. Took another 15 mins for the dentist to review the x rays with me when again i told them to call me with results because now my lunch break was over. They had zero remorse for making me wait and then the dentist told me i had a bunch of cavities and root canals "at the least". Went back to my dentist who no longer takes my insurance for a second opinion and i only had ONE cavity. This dentist is a scam!! They want your money!! NEVER EVER AGAIN. Wouldnt even give them one star but google wont let you post unless you do.

So my family has been going to this dental office for about 12 years now, from before they even moved to Parlin. The front desk has been professional and helpful my favorite dental hygienist is LISA. No complaints about dentist (prior and current) - his visit is always fast since my teeth are in good condition. I hate when I sometimes have to be seen by dentist before the cleaning I think thats weird. My biggest problem with the place was the wait times. On one of my long waits I gave Hadeel an earful, she was understanding and apologetic. I have to say on my last 2-3 visits I was in and out in no time. I was pleasantly surprised. I thought it only right to give credit when due since I did complain when I was frustrated NOW if they could schedule my 6 month check up before I leave the office that would be great. I will give more stars when I dont have to wait 3 months before my 6 month check up was due.

Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews about this place. I have been going here for several years, and everyone I have encountered here is very friendly and professional. Ive had a decent amount of work done here, and everything was done very efficient and well. The front desk staff is always willing to work with my schedule, and the dentist/hygienests and great. Dr. Leva might be the friendliest person in the world. Yes there is usually a wait before being seen, but that is only because they have a ton of patients. so they must be doing something right.

From scheduling to my dental procedure - Eastern Dental of Old Bridge provided me with exceptional care. The office manager, Hadeel, was courteous and worked with me even though I had to reschedule my appointment a couple of times due to unforeseen work conflicts. I was nervous about my dental procedure, however, the office director who performed my procedure ensured I was relaxed and answered all of my questions. It was over quickly and, perhaps most importantly, was absolutely painless. Thank you Eastern Dental of Old Bridge!

I have been going to Eastern Dental of Old Bridge for years even before they were in this larger location. The staff is nice and pleasant and Dr. Morgenstern is a good honest dentist. They have a large following in the area and I have heard from others that were more than satisfied with the care they got. The hygienists are fine and I never had an issue with cleanings. This is whole service facility as all dental specialists are under one roof.

The front office are very accomodating and very hands on escpecially the office manager. Never seen a dentist office run with such professionalism. The doctors make you feel very comfortable and so do the hygienists. Both my children love the dentists and are not scared to go. Since my childrens visit a couple weeks ago I have decided to switch to Eastern Dental of Old Bridge.

Been going here for 20 years and always very happy. However I think they were 5 stars when Dr Morganstern was there, now IMO they do not have an expert dentist. Great for routine procedures but anything complex get a second opinion. To the people unhappy about waiting, make your appointment when they are not so busy. Sometimes you wait for good service.

RIP OFF AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Had partial dentures and crown done and after one month it broke. They fixed it and it broke again a short while afterwards. The second time it broke happened while I was abroad for 2 weeks. I suffered the whole time while being abroad, couldnt eat due to their lack of professionalism. Will not refund money.

Charge $125 for nothing to do. Was with my son and full pay after cleaning and checkup $89. After one month receive bill for me??? Called twice and say, Im newer be your patient. Receive a final note before sending to collection agency. Very creative accounting. Pay at full. Not recommended to anyone!

They are terrible. The receptionists are the worst, so unpleasant and rude. Avoid this office at all costs. No one is willing to help you and you will wait an hour to see the dentist. The most miserable people I have ever dealt with.

The dental work itself was fine. But they have some VERY creative accounting practices which, according to the insurance company, cheated me out of approx. $500. The work is great - but check your bill carefully, folks.

Waste of money, please stay away from this clinic, went for root canal, charged very high amount, Please do not go here, if at all you go, go for second opinion.
