The office is clean and the staff friendly. Hygienists are personable and effective. However, the dentists do not remain employed for long. Only attending this office for a year and half, my family has been seen by three dentists. Each dentist recommended expensive procedures for each of us upon each visit. Mind you, my family has excellent teeth/mouth health. We visit the dentist twice a year, every year. Suggestions were: gum grafting, wisdom teeth extractions, second application of sealants, and crowns. Plus, when I offered to get our records from our last dentist, Midwest wanted their own records and we had to get new xrays. I found the office hours unaccommodating especially late nights and Saturdays. Appears to me that these dentists want our money and are not genuinely concerned with establishing a lasting dental relationship with us. This was apparent when my husband showed up for his teeth cleaning (with a 2 month wait), was told the visit was for a crown follow-up (they would not clean his teeth without the crown being done first, which was taken care of), was told hed have to wait another 2 months for a cleaning, upon leaving the office without sitting in the chair and expressing his disappointment stating he will never return, no one from the office contacted us. I called to complain and received no follow-up. No stars and no return visits from this family.

I have been a patient of Dr. M.K.McAuslan forever. After being diagnosed with periodontal disease I found out Dr. McAuslan did not do the surgery herself. I was referred to an Algonquin dentist who I went to & decided he was not for me. Called Liz & she told me they now had a new dentist, Dr. N.Soto Gonzalez, on staff who was qualified & capable of doing my surgery. The surgery went well. Dr.Gonzalez was so caring to make the surgery as comfortable as possible. She adds more depth to the Elgin office. No need to go elsewhere now. A big thank you to everyone who was involved from Alma who is so kind, Dimpey & Erika, Dr. Mary & Dr.Gonzalez. And to Liz & Stephanie who always seem to get me an appointment when needed.

I had a sudden, horrendous toothache and they squeezed me in immediately. The whole staff was attentive, genuinely kind & caring, yet very professional. Dr. Gonzalez was able to make me comfortable but had to refer me to a specialist. The specialist (and his staff), that she recommended were equally as timely and proficient. A note to parents of small children: I could hear another hygienist and his young patient next to me. The hygienist did a wonderful job relating to his young, chatty patient. I was very impressed by the way he interacted with her. The reception and treatment rooms are clean, bright and cheery. Midwest Dental gets an A+ in every aspect. Wouldnt want them to change a thing!

This week we had another close encounter with perfection. I love these people. Dr. Mary and Gabby are wonderful people. The receptionist and all of these folks laugh easy and treat everyone wonderfully. My family and I have been going to this dentist, Mary Mcauslan, for 20 years and we really like her. She is very good and keeps up with the latest technology. I now live 50 miles from this office but still drive there for any dental work. I love the staff. They are friendly, caring and extremely good at their jobs. I recommend this office and these people to any who have dental needs.

Mary Kane McAuslan is the best dentist Ive ever seen. I am now the proud owner of the most beautiful, best fitting teeth Ive ever had. If I had met her years ago, I would probably still have the ones God gave me. She is obviously very skilled. She took great care to do every step perfectly. Everyone in the office is kind and friendly. Im glad to know there are still people who treat patients like human beings should be cared for. Thank you Dr. McAuslan. What kind of Dentist lets to get work done and tells you that your insurance was approved and then bills you for the service later? Im sorry, but this entire thing has set me back a great deal and cause great financial suffering, and now you want me to leave you a great review? Absolutely not. I went here 5 years ago and Im still being hounded by debt collectors for money that I shouldnt have had to pay in the first place. DO NOT tell someone they have coverage if they dont.

The staff and Dr. Mary are excellent. Liz at the front desk is friendly and helpful. Gabby, the hygienist, is so gentle and does a wonderful job. My husband and I are retired and dont have dental insurance. The office works with us to keep our cost down. Dr. Mary takes a watchful approach and doesnt insist on procedures being done before theyre necessary. Love this place. Friendly staff and excellent dental care.

I have been a patient of Dr. McAuslan since 1998 (20 years). We moved to Florida and I still come back to Illinois for all my dental care. I am totally satisfied with the overall treatment I receive. The staff is caring, very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. McAulan is gentle and only recommends the necessary treatment. I will contineu to travel to Midwest Dental Elgin for my dental care. I could not ask for a better experience! For basicly the last year I have been going through the process of implants and dentures. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Dr. Katie Walton takes her time and works very hard to get everything just right. The Dr. and her staff explain each step of the process and makes sure you understand what is happening and what to expect.

Dr. Mary and Alma were the best dentist and assistant I have had so far. Everyone in the office is very friendly and informative! Liz was very helpful in explaining how the billing worked and would let me know upfront what my next bill would be, so I could save up money. The office is very clean and I would definitely recommend this office to all my friends and family in the area!

Dr. McAuslan is the best, I have been going to her my whole life! Also the whole office is great, very professional, very clean, and super friendly too. Oh and they are almost always on time for appointments and dont make you sit and wait for an hour in the waiting room. Ive never had a bad experience there.
