My family & I have been patients of St. Charles Family Dentistry & Dr. Lipskis for 21+ years. The staff at the front desk and throughout the entire place is always friendly, helpful and caring. I continue to be impressed by them! For as long as I have been going there, I see the same faces on staff and enjoy the same comfort level as a patient knowing that there is a consistent practice being run. Dr. Lipskis always continues to recommend the best care that fits my needs at any given time. Last week I had the opportunity to meet the new dentist on staff. I found her to be very professional and intelligent. She had a very comforting way about her from a patient perspective. I liked her very much and enjoyed my visit to the dentist as always. I highly recommend St. Charles Family Dentistry to all.

The office was clean and the desk staff was friendly. It was easy to make the appointment and they were right on time. The hygienists were very friendly and did a thorough job cleaning. The didnt rush through it and answered all my questions. They use a lot of technology including a laser to check for cavities (which I think is a little over-kill, but I guess if it catches cavities while theyre too small to see its best.) The dentist was very knowledgeable but didnt introduce himself so it was kind of awkward when he just sat down and started poking around in my mouth. I would have preferred if he started with some pleasantries but if he does a good job thats better than have a friendly guy who misses things in my mouth. Overall I would recommend this dentist office.

My wife and I had been searching for a new dentist for some time. When my tooth chipped unexpectedly, I researched most of the local dentists and found great reviews about St. Charles Family Dentistry. The receptionists were very helpful and scheduled me as soon as possible. The Dentist took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed all of my immediate needs. I was seen right away and each person I met was very friendly and professional. I was in and out of the dentist quickly, and my tooth felt great when they were done. When is the last time you came home from the dentist and told your spouse how great an experience the new dentist was. It happened to me.

This place is going down hill. No communication at all. Just a head up to all, They require full payment of what ever the appointment is, and then they will charge your insurance after you have the full amount. After charging you they will get money from the insurance agency and wont reimburse you, like they said they would. Seems like a scam brewing. My family of 4 was a loyal patient, but seems like we will be finding a new dentist. Just word advice to the clinic, have better receptionists that give full detail when scheduling appointments. Dentists were not bad, but the way they have dealing patients upfront is bad.

I rarely, if ever, write reviews, but I wanted to rave about them because it was such an excellent experience. I was able to schedule an appointment right away. The atmosphere of the office is wonderful -- very kid friendly while keeping it professional and clean. I took my daughter in for a check-up and the hygienist and doctor used excellent analogies to explain the cleaning tools. Further, they explained cavities in a fun and interactive way. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone -- especially if you have children!

These folks are GREAT!!! I hadnt been to the dentist in years, and I found myself in dreadful pain. I gave them a call and not only were they able to see me in a few hours, but they took care of my immediate problem and set me up to take care of the rest of my issues. Dr. Krysta is just super, and abated all my fears. I have to actually say my visit was enjoyable. Dr. Ed is also very friendly and helpful. A great all around staff, that will take care of you.

We found Dr Lipskis by way of a neighbor recommendation and I couldnt be happier. Having moved from another state, finding a dentist can be challenging but St Charles Family Dentistry is top notch! I have been going to St. Charles Family Dentistry for nearly 20 years. They take great care of my familys teeth!! They are always on time, which I really appreciate because we are a busy family. The few times I have had to have something more than a cleaning done, they dealt with my anxiety and it was relatively painless.

My husband missed an appointment that we didnt have record of making, didnt receive a reminder, and was charged $100 for missing. I called the office 3 times to work it out and they would not drop the charge. We will be finding a new dentist because of this.
