I went to see Dr. Krystal Kellner, daughter of Donald. She was listed on my insurance provider list. I had just completed a full root canal w/ gum line lengthing so I went to her to have a crown placed on the tooth. After weeks of waiting for the permanent crown to come back, they took an xray and advised me to go back to the dentist that had completed the root canal b/c it looked like a fracture. Long story short, the root canal dentist showed me before & after photos of my tooth prior to her touching it....my tooth had been drilled down to the point where there was no tooth left and now has to be pulled. Went back to Dr. Kellner and was greeted w/ passive aggressive behavior from her and the receptionist and no explanation, acknowledgement or apology of why my tooth had been drilled down. Do not use this office! They dont have integrity nor aptitude to do dental work.

I would not recommend this dentist office. The receptionist is not good at returning phone calls, you have to follow up multiple times just to get an appointment. The Dentist yells at his staff and comes off abrasive and insensitive towards patients. He also does not seem very seasoned, on more than one occasion, he kept saying "I havent seen this in the 30 years of my practice" which tells me he has not seen enough patients in his career. I only went here because my insurance chose this location based on distance from my job. Do not go here, theres way better options in the Aurora area.

I wouldnt recommend this guy - he only wants do do procedures he wants to do and if you dont do what he wants then forget about what really needs to be done youre screwed do you ever wonder why some doctors are located in crappy places could be they eat their money instead of putting it back into the company - I guess you get what you pay for and always have availability for new patients? its because they cant keep any patients long enough - they Im glad I didnt have the rest of my family go see him oh well his loss
