The customer service here sucks i was told on the phone my apt was 3 i show 2:40 just to be told no the person made u apt for 3:30 not 3 . Then wait for till almost 4 to be see even tho 2 people cancel while i was waiting and they could had took me sooner .also my puppy was fixed here and since i got him back he has been ichy and bitting out his hair so i brought him back and they try to say he got mites from somewhere it must had been there because he was fine till the moment gof him back after being fixed .plus doctor will only take a 2 second look at ur dog then be like we need this done . This done and u need these med with going into detail about what going with u pet or why they think that

I called in my dogs heart worm prescription to be refilled. On the phone when I called they said it would take up to 24 hours to fill it. Okay, not bad. I call the next day (more then 24 hours later) and they told me that it wasnt filled and could take another whole day. Usually this place is a five star hospital, but the employees need to tell the clients the correct wait time the first time. Update: when they tell you the wrong facts they then lecture and scold you for telling them that you were listening to what they said.

Got all my puppy vaccinations here and I am afraid to admit I am very pleased with this clinic, so far! Dont want to spoil it! I have 7 pets, whom all I am planning to bring here first if Ill need to. I am loving how friendly the front desk associates are, and the wait time hasnt been all that bad at all. All the doctors and their assistants were pleasant as well as much as very attentive and sweet to my babies. Sometimes they have hot coffee in the front! Every visit has been very smooth, and the prices so far affordable.

I am so glad that we found this place. The veterinarians and the staff are very professional. The veterinarians will give you options without any type of pressure. Also, they are open 7 days a week. Each time we have had to bring our dog there we always receive a follow-up call the next day from the veterinarian to make sure everything is ok. That means a lot to our family.

The place is clean and the cost is reasonable. The front desk was not friendly. When I walked in with my three dogs I was not acknowledged. It sure was not a service with a smile on Friday morning May 19th. When I came the first time Claudia H waited on me and she was very welcoming and the service was golden. Doctors and staff are great.

Staff was very friendly and they took great care of my little girl who was getting spayed. They called the next day after her surgery to make sure she was ok and to make sure i knew what to watch for in case of emergency, as well as how to care for her during the next couple weeks while shes healing. I dont have much of a cash flow but the staff was willing to give me option on how to take care of my kitty! I would recommend this place to friends who love their pets and want to be active in getting your pet well. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. No judgment they just want to help your pet.

Mercy Pet Hospital has helped my fur babies in so many ways. Their nail trims are a little pricey but thats the only complaint I have. The staff is wonderful! The vets are wonderful! The atmosphere is wonderful! I recommend this Veterinary Clinic wholeheartedly.

Great location and very helpful staff. They sympathized with us during our dogs surgery and were polite and helpful. We felt this hospital offered quality care at a decent price. We will absolutely be returning for checkups in the future.

Super disappointed with the staff. Technicians talked to me like I was 5 years old, and were demeaning because I didnt purchase medication from them. The price may be good, but I rather pay $50 extra somewhere else than leave in tears.
