Was completely dissatisfied with my old vet. Heard wonderful things about Douglas Blvd, so made the switch. Got a same day appointment and was really surprised when I walked in and my dog was greeted by name. There was minimal wait. The staffs amazingly efficient, while providing exceptional service. We spent more time talking about what my 12yr old German Shepherd didnt need, vs what he did. Wow! What a refreshing change. No unnecessary labs, meds or services AND they were up to date of emerging meds/practices that are far less invasive. I havent been to a vet in years where it was all about whats best for the animal, not their bottom line. Definitely our go forward vet.

A superb and friendly staff who go above and beyond for their patients and patient families. My family started coming here. Seeing the amazing care and customer service first hand, I never hesitated to both refer friends here as well as establish my new puppy here. The first thing I did when we got him was to pick up the phone and make an appointment to get shots and establish care! Never a single regret. Theyve been constantly great and always go the extra mile for you and your animals. No reason to go anywhere else.

I was so pleased with the kindness of the staff towards my dog. The doctor was so helpful to explain everything to me and teach me a few tools on how to keep him healthy (teeth brushing, flea/tick seasons in the area.) I left feeling certain my dog was healthy and in great hands.
