Please see my complete review on the Veterinary Healing Center in El Dorado Hills. Folsom is a second branch location operated by Dr. Brad Cahoon. He is an exceptional veterinarian... caring, conservative with medication, dedicated to diagnosis and treatment, capable and explains things very thoroughly. My wife and I have been bringing our dogs to Dr. Cahoon for over 15 years on the recommendation of a co-worker who recommended him. As he expands to a second branch, i understand he will be splitting his time between locations and expanding the team. I am confident he will only hire capable and ethical veterinarians and techs.

My dog Otis, has been seeing Dr. Cahoon for over 8 years at the El Dorado Hills location but more recently we have been visiting the new Folsom location and we love it. My dog has chronic skin and joint problems. Weve been given many traditional & holistic approaches that have helped us keep him more comfortable as he ages. We appreciate all three Doctors and their wealth of information. The staff is amazing and very compassionate. I drive out from Roseville so it is definitely worth the drive for the care that we receive.

The staff and Dr. Cahoon are exceptional at what they do. I have been rescuing cats now for almost 15 years and Lake Forest Vet has always been my go to place. They are so wonderful with how they treat your pets that it will keep you coming back. Plus, the new location in Folsom is great. From what I can see, Dr. Cahoon has hired on some excellent new staff, including the Vets, which makes it nice for me as I live closer to the Folsom location.
