Ive loved this dentist since I starting going here, but what really stands out is how they treated my mother. My moms teeth have been deteriorating for a while, mostly due to the medication shes on. As such, shes been terrified of going to the dentist, fearing that shed be judged. Well, she lost her front tooth last night and just cried. She was so upset. I had to convince her to go to this dentist, kept telling her how amazing they were, and that no one was gonna judge her. We got an emergency appointment this morning and the dentist and staff were absolutely amazing to her. Shes had some very bad experiences in the past, but by then end, she was happy she went. She has not stopped talking about how great the doctor was. I am grateful beyond words with how respectfully they treated my mother. She was scared and apprehensive before going there, now she cant wait to go back!

This is a fantastic dental practice. I should have switched to them long ago. Dr. Soltiz Jr. is calm and professional, and doesnt push unnecessary services. He does the exam, states the issues, offers a treatment plan, and once decided he steps aside and lets his staff get to work. And the staff are calm, polite, gentle, and exceptionally professional. Ive had some unpleasant dental experiences in the past, not because Im a nervous dental patient, but because the doctor & staff were unpleasant and rough. But Dr. Soltiz et al. are a breath of fresh air, and I will be staying with them for a long, long time. Definitely one of the good guys.

Honestly was very impressed how the doctor fixed my tooth. Was told I needed a root canal from other dentist, went to him and he filled it and now I have no pain in my gums. Thank you so much I appreciate your work and look forward to my next appointment.

Thanks to Alden Dentistry. I broke off part of my incisor while eating sunflower seeds at my grandsons baseball game on Monday night. Called the next morning and had the problem fixed by 11:00 AM. Thanks again Dr. Joe for fantastic customer service.
