Kaiser Permanente is a good organizations when it comes to their clinics and medical offices. However, their customer support support, member service and their financial services are filled with untrained employees. When I was going through my operations I was questioning my deductible and my medical fees, therefore, called to make sure I was only going to be charged a certain amount. Long story short, a month later I was billed a different amount. When I called to dispute the problem, it was a never ending rat race. Great establishment filled with untrained service members. They make it impossible to appeal.

I have found both Reston and Tysons Corner facilities great! The urgent care at Reston has always been professional, thorough and relatively quick. The labs at both facilities are really wonderful and the staff are helpful and nice. If you think Kaiser is not a good facility try going to some of the other facilities.

I just recently got Kaiser and I actually like it. Its nice being able to get all your appointments and prescriptions taken care of in one central location. Additionally, everyone at this location is extremely friendly here and Ive never had to wait very long after arriving for my appointments.

To start, the hospital itself is great. The urgent care on the other hand is terrible here. If you have Kaiser insurance and need urgent care, you are better off going to the one in Tysons Corner which isnt great but at least youll be seen.
