We saw Dr.Carabello on July 7, 2014, and she diagnosed my coon hound, Sally, with lymphoma. She referred her to a Oncology vet, and we started her on steroids to give her a few extra months!! At first, Sally was her "old self" again!! But as we started November, she started to suffer, we took her to Pet Vax on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2014. There was a substitute vet there that day, and for the life of me, I cant recall her name, but she was like Dr. Carabello and was so kind and understanding!! She made the worse day into a better one. All the staff at Pet Vax is so caring, and very understanding!! My other dog, Buddy, loves Dr. Carabello and loves to go to her!! I cant say enough about these folks!! They are the best vets and staff I have ever worked with!!

Dropped my lab, JJ, off yesterday to the PetVax Bartlett to have a mass of tissue removed from his right ear. Dr. Dena Anderson, DVM did the surgery. It was successful and we brought JJ home after we were given some meds and instructions by Dr. Anderson. Like the way she communicates and cares about her patients. Also, at the front desk, before and after the surgery, Harley was very nice and attentive to JJ and even carried him to the car. I would recommend PetVax Bartlett and PetVax Cordova (favorite vet, Dr. Caldwell works here) to all my friends who have pets. Good care and good people! Thanks, TOM GREER & JJ.

We went in for what I thought would be something that could be relatively simple, it ended up being more but the vet and the techs were great to work with and gave me a lot of support. The next day when the blood results came in, the vet called me at 8:15 in the morning to let me know when she usually doesnt start doing calls (according to the front desk who called at 9 am to check on the pup) till around 10 am. I will definitely be taking my current pets and future fur babies to this location. The price was great and they were upfront with all costs and even gave us some options as to what we could do.

Pet Vax is a fantastic place for all of your pet needs. I took my puppy in thinking there was an issue with his ear(s) and had several questions for the vet. The vet not only answered all my questions and concerns, but thoroughly check out my baby, from head to toe; not just the ear(s)!! Thank you so much, Dr. Caldwell!! The prices are more than reasonable and the wait time is incredibly; there virtually is none!! Not to mention, you dont even need an appointment. ....hello!! I wish my doctors office was this great!! Well done, Petvax!!!!!!

The vets and staff at Petvax are wonderful. They saved my old girls life! I thought she was dying for sure. Shes back to life and doing well. Petvaxs prices are very fair and they always tell you the costs upfront, so there is no guessing. In addition, I love that I can just walk in with my animal. I have been there three times in the last two weeks, and have not had to wait to get seen. Plus, I love the fact that they keep it very clean, compared to the expensive vet places I have been to. Thank you, Petvax for an awesome job!

I have been a satisfied customer of Petvax Raines for 17 years. I love the convenience of walking in and being seen almost immediately. The longest Ive ever waited is 20 mins, but they usually have me in a lab room within 10. The staff is very friendly and know me by name. I love the fact that you can do a la carte shots vs other vets who do the shots and require you pay for an office visit. Ive saved tons of money over the years.

Ive been taking my pets to Petvax for years, currently, two dogs, Noelle and Tink. Always good service and very nice people. Tink was bitten by another dog this past summer, so we were there one/twice a week for over a month, until the wound healed. They even worked with me on cost, since the person who owned the other dog never paid for the treatments. Tink is fine and the folks at Petvax made it less painful!!! :)

I am convinced that Dr. Worley and her entire staff have a crystal ball because whenever I bring my Lily pants in to see her she always knows whats wrong and she always knows how to fix her back up seeing as my little girl is allergic to everything ...so thank you thank you for all you do .. Ive been using Petvax since they were in the Hollywood Feed Stores. I recommend them to everyone I know. Although I have never tested them with a seriously sick baby, they take care of all my babies, from young to old. They are great! They are all friendly, helpful, patient, and not near as as expensive as the previous vet clinic I used.

Pet Vax staff are tremendous when it comes to care of our dogs and cat if it chooses not to hide in the morning. Our pets drop off is fairly easy and pick up they appear to be in great condition as well as love to see us owners as well. :)

The staff here is fantastic! Very friendly and I like the reminder calls I get about vaccinations etc... Prices are very reasonable and the location is convenient. Highly recommend this location, my dog RJ doesnt even mind coming in.
