I definitely was overwhelmed by our new puppy. We brought him home from the Humane Society and I thought I was more than prepared. A few days into, I began feeling overwhelmed and frightened. I was having severe anxiety and my nerves were through the roof. I scheduled an appointment here, and I spoke with Dr. Andrew Mc Watters and not only did he do an examination on my dog, he also answered all of the questions I had regarding her care, needs, and behavior. I have never felt so informed after leaving there a lot of my worries subsided. The staff is more than friendly and really made our dog feel at home. I definitely appreciated their sincerity and desire to help aid not only our dog, but myself as well. Everyone needs to go here!

I had moved into the area and was looking for a new vet, but I hadnt actively sought out a replacement until a desperate need motivated me to do so. I looked at many in the area and decided to try The Pet Hospitals Germantown. Wow, I need to go to Tunica and play the tables because I hit jackpot! They were SO NICE! Genuinely caring towards my sick pup! Dr. Hutchens is totally awesome and just from her caring and concern instantly bought my ticket to make this place my pups new doctor! Lastly, let me say I fear places that push you for things that may rack up the bill, but not here. The services were reasonable and discussed up front. Not to copy anyones tag line, but I am Happy, happy, happy.

Took my new puppy, Mara, to see Dr. Maggie Hutchens. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and care exhibited by the front desk, technicians, as well as Dr. Hutchens. She is not only extremely personable but an expert in her field and willing to answer any questions and/or concerns. I wanted to have my puppy spayed so she scheduled and performed the surgery, in addition to minor surgery on her mouth. She kept me informed throughout the procedure and followed up with an exit visit explaining everything and allowing me another opportunity to voice any concerns. Super thankful I chose The Pet Hospitals-Germantown to care for my sweet furangel!!!

Moved to GTown last Fall and needed to find a new Vet. My wife and I had taken an Uber ride and during the conversation with our driver we found out his wife was a Vet at one of The Pet Hospitals in the Memphis area. I decided to look into the Germantown branch as it is near our house. The reviews looked great so I made an appt. I have to say I was impressed with the helpful and friendly staff. They put Peka (our Dalmatian) into the system and on a couple of minutes we were shown to a room. Dr. Hutchens looked Peka over and other than a minor ear infection she was doing well. After shots we were out the door! Definitely glad I took that Uber ride!

Dr. Newman has had an enormous impact on the longevity and quality of life for our assorted critters with their odd ailments. Shes very willing to try something new - after researching it extensively with veterinary specialists here and online. Her advice is very common sense and compassionate. Its this combination of openness, expertise, practicality and caring that has made her such a good fit for us. Weve had excellent encounters with all the staff. They have been, without exception, knowledgeable, professional and eager to help.

My family and I have been loyal customers to The Pet Hospitals for my entire life. Dr. Newman treated my childhood pet, a testy Yorkie, until her death at 14. Since then, she has not only treated my 2 rescue dogs for the past 6 years, but she has also cared for 2 of my foster dogs. From cancer scares to basic care, The Pet Hospitals is willing to work within my budget and address my furry companions needs with love and compassion. As long as I am living in Memphis, I will never take my pets anywhere else.

My family has been taking our dogs to the Pet Hospitals for years, and my husband and I continue to do the same with our dog and now a new puppy. We just took our puppy for his first round of shots in our care and it couldnt have gone more smoothly. Dr. McWatters and the entire staff (reception, vet tech, etc.) were extremely friendly and made the experience great for both dog and owner. The wait time was minimal and I know our puppy was getting the best care. Well look forward to being back in 3 weeks!

Weve been going to The Pet Hospitals for over two years and have had nothing but the best service. Dr. Landis is extremely knowledgable and passionate about her work. In addition, the entire staff has always been friendly and caring to us. But what I appreciate the most is their honesty - during my last visit, a lab test came back inconclusive so they didnt charge me for it. This kind of customer care is rare! I have been coming to The Pet Hospitals for almost 15 years. Dr. Newman has been providing excellent care for all my babies and fosters. She always gives my dogs the VIP treatment! Dr. Newman has been there for me through the good times as well as the sad times. Dr. McWatters and Dr. Goforth are also wonderful vets. These three vets are all very compassionate. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Kenney quickly diagnosed my dog and scheduled his surgery without delay. Dr. McWatters preformed the surgery and did an excellent job of explaining what was going on with my dog. My questions are answered in a timely manner by phone and email. The doctors and staff are amazing. They are extremely courteous and caring about your pets, they do a phenomenal job explaining the issues and next steps and always take care of your loved ones.
