I really cant say enough about Fairway Knolls. I have rescued several special needs dogs over the past 10 years, with everything from missing limbs to seizures. Since most of my dogs require consistent visits (for monitoring, dosing adjustments, etc), I have spent a significant amount of time with this group over the last decade. The staff calls me to check up on my pets following visits, and Dr Tatro calls me as soon as he has lab results. He is patient when discussing the lab work and the best way to proceed, and he will often reach out to the specialists for collaboration if he feels its needed. His prices are fair, and never have I been "nickeled and dimed" on a bill. This office has put years on the lives of my dogs, and I would strongly recommend them!

Dr. Tatro and the staff at Fairway Knolls are wonderful. Ive been coming to them for the past eight years with my three cats and my dog. I am usually promptly seen. There are some times when the wait is very short, but I dont care because I know that Dr. Tatro is spending the time he needs to spend with the animals and their owners just like he spends with me. I like that Im not rushed in and rushed out. Everything is explained very clearly to me. They never suggest anything my pet doesnt need or try to tag on extra expenses. They call and check on my pets after their visits. I highly recommend Fairway Knolls to everyone.

Jersey, Rex and Tudi enjoy their visits at Fairway Knolls with Dr. Tatro and his knowledgeable staff. When my little Rexy was neutered he had a side effect from the surgery itself that Dr. Tatro had never encountered before. He reached out to his colleagues for their advice and expertise. Turns out that they had seen this reaction with one of their clients and shared their experience with Dr. Tatro. I am grateful that he is able to reach out to other veterinaries when in need. I have worked for Dr. Tatro for about 13 years and can honestly say (not because I work for him) he is a wonderful vet! He has saved the lives of more than 1 of my pets and I wouldnt take them to anyone else. He gives you his honest opinion for medical treatments and gives you options to choose from to treat your pet and tries to work within your budget. He is willing to try every approach possible to diagnose and to treat your pet. I highly recommend him to everyone I know :)

Dr. Tatro and his staff have taken the time to get to know my family, (both human, and K9) and treat us like friends. Dr. Tatro is an absolutely wonderful vet! He has been my dogs primary vet for almost nine years and we have never had a bad experience. He goes above and beyond to provide excellent care to his patients, and always follows up to make sure any treatment was well tolerated. I would recommend using Fairway Knolls Veterinary Hospital. They will take care of your pet as if it were their own. Doc uses his experience and common sense in order to diagnose a problem instead of just running a battery of unnecessary costly tests just to help the bottom line. We have been using them for over 14 years and have never had a problem. Please give them a try.

Ive adopted three of my cats from Dr. Tatros office and he has taken care of all nine soon to be ten of my cats and two dogs. He has always been great to our furry family members and us. Dr Tatro, the staff and Stubby (live in cat) have always been great to us when our animals needed medical attention or help crossing the Rainbow Bridge.

Dr. Tatro and his staff go out of their way to accommodate your pet. Our last dog had to be put down and I was very appreciative of the compassion they showed. They sent a card and genuinely cared.
