This place is so unprofessional i went in for a ear infection and she told me i had my tonsils infladed which is a lie kus i dont have tonsils got them remove a while back another thing the nurse guy came in when she was looking into my ear to sign some papers like who does that in a professional place and this nurse dident even nock to come in she also told me i was over weight which i totally dident go for my weight problems after i had finish telling her i had gotten off my bc shot and just had a baby they also took out blood and the 2 ladies dident know how they poke me multiple times i hate this health center i will never go back here

Very unprofessional clinic! My daughter went in because she had ear infection symptoms. The doctor told me that she had an ear infection in one ear and that she would send her prescription along with a few other things. I went to the pharmacy and the ear infection medicine was never ordered! The doctor forgot to send that prescription! Now my daughter is suffering and going through hell with both ears infected and fevers ! The office didnt get back to me for a week and that doctor has yet to get in touch! This is outrageous! My one year old has to suffer because their doctor did not do their job correct!

Worst place to recieve ob care. Im a high risk pregnancy and they told me I dont need any ultrasounds until my third trimester. Ignorance in its finest form. To add on to that Ive been waiting almost three weeks for test results. They do not do well with returning phone calls. Ive been playing phone tag for about four days now. Very unorganized. It almost seems as though they really dont care about your health or over all well being. Worst place I have ever been to. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Dont go here. I I could give them less than half a star I would.

Front office staff were inattentive, I was pretty confused as to what was going on or where to go during my first visit here. Their online portal is very limited, I have yet to receive my lab results and the options to book future appointments are greyed out. Not sure why they couldnt publish the first visit forms online for people to fill out prior to the appointment. Hope this place gets better, as it has a modern facility and the potential to be efficient. There is an automated prescription kiosk by Walgreen on the 2nd floor.

I know these patient reviews depend entirely on individual experiences, and all I can say is that my first visit was an exceptionally good one. There was virtually no wait time, and Dr. Davis was personable, professional, and gave me quality time. I did not feel in the least rushed and he answered all questions to my satisfaction. My prescription was called in and waiting for me at the drug store. I have a follow-up visit next week and have no qualms about returning to this facility.

This is the worst clinic and unprofessional place...My husband went into the office today at the scheduled time so he can get his blood pressure medication prescription refilled...Instead of seeing him the whole office said that he couldnt be seen due to their mistake...they said basically sorry it is not my problem but I can schedule you in next week...my husband works and cant just get that day off...he had to fight with his boss to see the Dr today...now he will have to go without!!

Bless you if you have an ailment that causes alot of pain or might even be life threatening because it takes a month or more just to be seen by a doctor let alone if youre primary care doctor is here it could take a couple months to be seen by them if ever. These people could careless if you live or die if you can afford to be seen elsewhere I would highly recommend it.

Very professional and very clean! A place you can go for all of your medical needs. If you want to be put on anti-depressants, they will let you talk to their behavior health specialist first to rule out any underlying issue probably maybe get you some counseling or something that you might be too embarrassed or proud to ask the doctor about.

Another doctor only interested in money rather than patients! The pediatrician office offers child psychology only if child switches pediatricians first (new patient visit, evaluation visit). There is no reason for this, other than to squeeze unnecessary doctor visits from patients, including children! Say no to greedy doctors!!!

Dr. Preet Mangat is fantastic. She shows genuine concern and never makes the patient feel rushed. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a general practice physician.

The FNP Buckley was not a helpful provider. She made me wait an hour to tell me she wouldnt refill a medicine Ive been taking for a decade. This practice is a joke.
