Calling from another physicians office to refer one of our patients there. I was put on hold and didnt get 1 word out and I held for 16 minutes and then hung up. We called back 10 minutes later and the receptionist did not greet or say hello and we were put straight on hold again for another 7 minutes. So 21 minutes of hold later I finally got to ask my 1 question that took a solid 7 seconds.

when we made our appointment we gave our BCBS PPO ins information and were told that they take our insurance. Once there, taking the whole afternoon to get there and after waiting in waiting room 1/2 hour we were told they do not take our ppo? what a waste of my time! please hire employees that know what they are talking about as not to waste my valuable time.

I love Dr Barbosa, shes give me a regime thats easy to follow where Ive seen obvious results. She is truly a caring physician. My plan, treatments, ofc visit are not covered by my insurance. I have to pay out of pocket and thats not a problem, she is that good and I just love her so much that i will continue to do so and I will not go anywhere else. ❤
