Called for a Doctor, Got a rude assistant that shouldnt even be in a Doctors office! This place is a joke, Assistant gave me a whopping 3 minutes of her precious time telling me I had pre-cancerous spots on my face, then prescribed me some $200 cream that she "of course" gets a major kick-back from the drug company that pushes them to sell it.NEVER SAW A DOCTOR! Do yourself a favor and call anyone else in the city, this place should be investigated and shut down!

I moved to Chicago from the East Coast and had been searching for a new dermatologist. After a few starts and stops, I was recommended to Dr. Jacob by a friend. She is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about all things "skin". Her office is beautiful, her staff top notch, and I can usually get an appointment fairly quickly. Shes also a master at "pain-free" botox injections. Highy recommend!

Dr Jacob fixed hyperpigmention on forehead that others doctors were unable to fix. She has also managed Rosacea on my cheeks. My skin been greatly improved by her great care and expertise. Office has always been polite and accommodating. I have been very pleased with my results.
