The customer service of the receptionists sucks, called and left a message but no one returned the call... And then called back and he was unpleasant on the phone and didnt even bother to apologize after I mentioned that I left a previous message. The doctors are fine, Dr. Lio is great but weve been back a few times to see him on the same issue so thats not quite reassuring that we are heading in the right direction, I realize theres some trial and error in treatment of an issue, but still its been a bit frustrating and on top of that, its hard to get appointments. Might make sense to leave a few spots open for existing patients in the near future, rather than saying the next open appointment is 3 months from now... Thats a sure way to lose patients.

I am very unhappy with the way I’ve been treated. I arrived on time for my appointment. After 20 minute wait I was told they are running late. No one offered to re-schedule. No one suggested that even two hours past my appointment time I will still be sitting undressed in a waiting room with no prospect of being seen… Patients are not respected at all! One more warning – according to HIPPA regulations private information must be protected, correct? In fact, we hear all the time about additional computer based protections we need. At that office I was asked to fill out my name, date of birth, SSN, address, etc. on PAPER. And that paper has been put in unlocked drawer of the cabinet right in the lobby! So much for HIPPA compliance.

Dr. Neill Peters is the best dermatologist out there. I have been to over five dermatologist and they have all thrown the same thing at me every time. Dr. Neill Peters is the first doctor that genuinely cared to make things better for me. Its like he is just as eager to clear my skin as I am! Over the past few months we have gone back in forth with trying different things. And now my skin has drastically changed since when we first started. Its not perfect but were getting pretty close! If you want a doctor who truly cares, this is where to go.

I saw Dr. Neill Peters for an incredibly basic appt in April 2016. He or his office made mistakes with charging my insurance. Now, in Feb 2017, I can still receiving collection notices. Every time, I call the Medical Dermatology Associates and I am told that it was just a billing error/not to worry. But new collection notes keep coming and threatening to put me in peril with my credit history if I DONT PAY FOR Medical Dermatology Associates MISTAKE. The appt went well enough but this has been a billing nightmare ever since!

Stay away from this place. Ive been here 5 times and I have always waited to see Dr. Peters. The first few times it was 20-30 minutes and I was willing to wait. This last time I waited 45 minutes and asked for a update. I was told we are running late and no offer to reschedule. I told them I have to get to work and they said bye. Stay away from this place.
