The staff here is horrible. THREE times I have told them I needed a warmer for my veins but they refuse to give them to me. They always say "well see when we get there". And every time they have to dig around because my veins need to be warmed up to increase flow since they have been used so much before. One time I had to be stuck twice and the rude woman that refused to give me a warmer didnt even apologize. This time a different employee refused to give me a warmer and had to dig around and ended up getting blood but didnt get it in the right tubes!! So I had to get stuck twice again. Not everyone that gets labs is pregnant, old, or a one-timer. Some people have chronic conditions (like me) that need monthly blood draws and dont have the vein capacity for them to keep getting damaged. I have a dialysis graft in one arm so I can only get blood drawn from the other. Im already down to one arm and this clinic is ruining the veins I have left. Do you as an employer pay for the warmers? No, I do not think so. Just give me the warmers and believe me when I say I need them!!! Also, do away with the smirks and condescending attitudes. If you didnt want to be of service to others, you shouldnt have entered the health profession.

Terrible terrible people. They leave their message the same for the holidays but dont be fooled. You have schedulted your test, your benefits expire Dec. 31 and you show up at 3pm because the internet and THEIR PHONE LINE says they close at 6pm. They decide to put a little piece of paper on the door and go home at 3pm for new years. 4-5 people are standing in the parking lot needing their tests done but nope, same situation for them too. NO COURTESY OR SERVICE for their CLIENTS! My wifes prenatal tests went undone because these people were too lazy to answer a phone live or notify the public of their holiday hours. Now shes without health insurance and we are going to owe hundreds for the same test that would have been covered for free... thanks quest... happy 2014

Unlike some of the earlier commenters, I found Quest Diagnostics Georgetown to be fine. I will say, that its probably chronically understaffed, but that may be the fault of the Quest Diagnostics organization as a whole. The tech who did my procedures was competent, professional and courteous. I had blood drawn, had to give a urine sample and get measurements & blood pressure taken for life insurance. The blood draw was painless!!! I arrived before my appointment time and waited maybe 13 minutes all told.

My son needed to have blood drawn so I decided to try this location since the hospital takes forever when doing a walk-in. The office strip it is in looked half-abandoned, but inside the office is clean and well-kept. Staff called our name within five minutes of checking in and we were all done within ten minutes! I especially love that this location is open on Saturdays so that I dont have to take my child out of school. Staff was competent and professional, so I intend to visit again.

The staff was incredibly rude and condescending for a group of people with little more than a high school education (or equivalent, possibly). I was greeted with unprovoked rudeness the minute I walked in the door. I sincerely believe the woman who actually assisted me may have been born without a personality. A bit of advice to the women who work there: you should possibly try out a profession more suited to your attitude and intellect, say, janitorial services.

This location is a lot better than the Georgetown Medical Building down the street... chiefly because of accessibility. It is only one story, a tiny parking lot, very easy to find. No walking into a building looking at a huge directory of suites, and then getting on the elevator and walking several feet. Signed the list, and had my blood drawn within 5 minutes of arriving. The staff were polite, down to earth... very easy to work with.

I saw some of the negative reviews before trying the place so I was a little apprehensive. First, it was in an unusual building, but not too hard to find (though the entrance was blocked by traffic both when arriving and departing). Second the lady was very brisk and not too friendly in the beginning, but expecting this, I chit-chatted nicely and she warmed up to me. Overall not a bad place.

Exactly what the other comments say, nasty an very rude. They talk to you as if they are better then you, talk at you instead of being kind to you. I called customer care, they took my complaint seriously, I suggest calling them if you have a problem. Might change something!

People here are rude, have ZERO customer service abilities. They looked pissed off that yiu are making them work. Left in waiting room without as a "well be with you soon". Employees in the back on cell phones talking about plans for the evening.

Poor excuse of a business; the people were very rude and a process that should have taken 3 to 4 days became a two week ordeal. Avoid this location and maybe this company if the other locations are anything like this
