Dr Karimi is excellent with little children. My 8 yr old daughter was at first very apprehensive about trying contacts but would not wear glasses at school. Dr Karimi was so kind and patient with her, she spend close to an hour and multiple visits to make sure that my daughter was 100% comfortable. They did not charge us extra even though it took longer. They just wanted to make sure that we were satisfied. Since then my daughter has been doing great with her contact lens and glasses prescription thanks to the office and their staff. Dr Karimi is an angel, always sweet and goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable with what you are getting and happy. She has a very cheerful personality and explains things thoroughly. This helps when you are trying contacts for the first time and are very nervous as we were.

I recently purchased my glasses there and thought I was getting a warranty with them and seems like that was not the case. When you spend over $1,000.00 on a pair of glasses you would be offered a scratch warranty. There is no reason I wouldnt pay for it and thought I had scratch warranty. When I called they told me they couldnt do anything about it becuase I didnt purchase the scratch warranty. I was never offered the extra warranty. I have bought my glasses elsewhere and they offer a 1-time replacement warranty for a scratch within a year. There was no way I would spend this much money for prescription glasses and not gotten a warranty. The office staff was not very friendly about it or even try to work with on this.

From the getgo, Chris at the front desk was awesome. He was helpful in walking me through glasses in my price range while I waited to be seen by Dr. Karimi as well as making sure I was not pressured into buying my glasses there. Dr. is so great and is very knowledgable. She will tell you straight up and not try to sell you anything either. I did decide to take advantage of their $200 off glasses with the groupon and ended up LOVING my new glasses. They even had them ready for me while I waited. Considering I do not have insurance, I would say spending less than $200 was an awesome deal!!!!!

The staff were professional and friendly, Mike is great; knowledgeable, helpful, and caring, could not havent been more patient or helpful in guiding to my selection, Making sure that every person leaving there is pleased with the service they have received. My family is being getting glasses at Eye Sea Optical for the last 2 years and would not go anywhere else. They have a great selection of frames and always have an eye doctor you can trust. My glasses are complicated; I have vey high astigmatism so I have to go to someone I dependable, Great place. Highly recommended!!!

I call to know about Groupon deal and Chris(front desk) told me dont need to buy from groupon and he will give me same deal and they have $178 deal on frame and lenses basic and will take care of me. I got their. Before getting eye exam I confirmed him that it will be $178 basic, got my eye exam (Dr was great lady). After that he showed me children frames and said these are on deal. And others are expensive. Come out to be total 500 and Groupon 200 off. So 300. What a rip off. I left the place paying just for eye exam. Will never recommend this place again

I loved the service I had. The doctor was extremely courteous and intelligent and wanted me to be happy no matter what. I was interested in contacts and the doctor made me feel very comfortable about putting them on for the first time. My wait time was MAYBE less than 5 minutes. The lady who helped me find a frame could seriously not be any more helpful! She showed me one that was just out of stock (so they had to order one) and I fell in LOVE! For fashion eye-wear this was beyond reasonable. I would be very excited to go back for my second pair.

Wonderful experience! I arrived quite early to my appointment to get a head start on selecting frames and they took me in early, were friendly, knowledgeable, explained each process along the way and why its done. As for high pricing comments I saw in other reviews, everything medical seems pricey when you dont have insurance. I thought the prices were fair and the best part is you can get your glasses the very same day as they have a lab on site. Awesome!

Do not go to this place. They will give you wrong results so you spend more money and buy their glasses. I know that because I took another eye exam somewhere else and they said that I did not need glasses. The prescription they gave me made see worse that without any glasses. This place is so overpriced and the customer service is ok.

wish i could give half star. I told them i had broken my glasses and so i need new ones fast. They told me they can get them made in 5 hours and so i ordered and they charged me all in advance. Later when i went to pick it up they told me it will take 7-10 business days. Now upto you to decide the customer service level.

LOVE Dr. Haideh Karimi. She is so nice, takes time to explain what she is looking at, ie. optic nerve, cataracts, glaucoma etc. There is no pressure to buy glasses or extra services when not necessary. Being a in the medical profession myself I would highly recommend this office for your eye care.

What a bad experience. Very poor quality lenses and frames at expensive prices. I went the extra mile and spent to what was supposed to be a higher quality package. The IZOD glasses came apart the first week (they did repair them) and the lenses are very soft and scratch easily from regular use.

The doctor is good but the overall experience was bad. I waited over an hour for my appointment. The staff and the doctor were unapologetic about it. It was quiet apparent that they didnt value my time nor they cared. As far as the glasses collection is concerned, they are extremely overpriced.

I went in on a whim and i am so glad i did! Everyone was so helpful and sweet! Dr. Karimi explained everything about my exam in great detail. And as an added bonus i got to leave with my new glasses! No more waiting for a week or more. Couldnt recommend a better place. :-)

Doctor was nice, Kinda uncertain about her prescription. Just looking at frames was kinda uncomfortable. Then saleswomen spoke so fast about prices I was confused then left. I go every year to get my eyes checked and never felt uncertain about a eye prescription.

I had a wonderful experience! I bought a Groupon deal for them and didnt know they were high-end eyewear but it was ok. I like being treated "normal" and they were really nice. The one who helped me pick my eyewear out was more excited than me! Lol

WOW! What a great experience! I didnt plan on going to the eye doctor- I stopped to schedule an appointment and they got me in right then, fitted me for contacts, found me a great pair of glasses and ordered contacts!!!! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!
