Dr. Wendy Xu is beyond AMAZING and has been nothing short of a pleasure doing business with! Her customer service is BEYOND BELIEF, simply extraordinary! She is very welcoming, accommodating, and most importantly personable. I had the privlage of meeting her initially in March 2011 for an eye exam, frames, and lenses. Then, she displayed all of the above qualities therefore leaving me with a rather impressive impression. Without any hesitation, I went back to her location (IN CRISIS) for contact lenses. She, not only accepted me as a "walk-in" patient but remembered me from my previous visit, in detail! She was very understanding of my situation and did everything possible to ensure I was taken care of. I would, without a doubt, refer anyone in need of an optometrist, one who will treat you as a person and not a number, to Bright Vision Family Eyecare. Thank you Dr. Xu. Very rude, high pressure sales method. First, they tried to pressure me into a tacky, overpriced pair of glasses and would not listen when I was explaining the style I was looking for. After trying on almost 20 pairs of glasses, she suggested a $400 pair of glasses that was the polar oppositve of what I had explained, several times, was not what I wanted. Fustrated, I told her I just didnt see anything I liked that was reasonable and was ready to leave. This is the response I was given "You get what you pay for, you want cheaper glasses go to walmart". She almost didnt even give me a copy of my perscription because she went on a rant about the importance of the quality of glasses. I am more than willing to pay the price for good quality products... but this crossed the line. I was so offended I will never go back and do not recommend this place what so ever.

I have seen Dr. Xu since she first opened, and continue to see her on a routine basis for all my eye care needs. She is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. She listens and works very hard to make her patients happy. I have a very challenging contact lenses and glasses prescription. I even thought I could not wear contact lenses any more because they were always blurry to me even with several attempts with different doctors. But with Dr. Xu, I am able to see clearly with both my contact lenses and glasses. Her prescription is very accurate. I highly recommend her clinic to anyone seeking skilled, professional and friendly service. They also have very nice selection of glasses and contacts lenses that are reasonably priced.

Saw Dr. Wendy Xu today. Have been seeing her, I want to say like 7 years, my whole family sees her. She is always the nicest, most accomodating, giving person. She has a great selection of glasses, and if she doesnt have it, she is more than happy to get it for you. My husband likes her selection of Tag glasses and she always has plenty to choose from. My 7 YO has been seeing her since she was 5 and is so patient with her. My 14 yo daughter got Contacts last year and was so patient with her while she learned to put them in, and let me tell you, that was a chore. Thank you Dr. Wendy for everything you always do for our family and for always taking such good care of our family!

The best experience I have ever had with an optometrist, very knowledgeable and hands on. We saw Dr. Xu for a routine eye exam. The exams were very thorough and she answered a lot of our questions with honesty and in great details. She also explained to us the options we have regarding the glasses and contacts according to my insurance. Honest, trustworthy and caring – Those are characters you want to have for your doctor. Also we are very happy that we got our new glasses 1 week before our planned trip. Our overall experience with Bright Vision Eyecare is very pleasant and satisfied. I highly recommend Dr. Xu.

Dr. Xus prescription is very accurate. I have been through several eye Drs before Dr. Xu, and had to go back and adjust my prescriptions at least a couple of times every year, but with Dr. Xu, it was right on. She did a good job with us presenting different options and pros/cons. She was also very patient with my younger son who did not want to wear glasses. She followed up and talked to my son and stressed the importance and consequences of not using the correction lenses. We are very happy with Dr. Xu and will recommend her to our friends, I think you will find her knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Great experience. Dr. Xu was very knowledgeable and personable during the examination. I had several questions and concerns after the exam and she took the time to throughly explain the results. She never rushed or pressured me to make a decision on a pair of glasses...even though I tried on at least 20 pairs and sent several pictures to my wife. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

As always, Bright Vision Family Eyecare provided excellent and exceptional service. Met with Dr. Xu for the first time two years ago. She was very helpful in explaining several concerns. Dr. Xu is Very knowledgeable and friendly. I have been going to her for 5 years now. She really takes the time to explain what she is doing and the health of your eyes. I have been a couple of times a year with different eye problems and have always been treated respectfully and like I was important. Highly recommend her!!!

Had an eye exam with Dr.Xu, after the exam I told her I use 1800contacts and she refused to give me the prescription unless I bought contacts/glasses from her. Then she wouldnt give me a refund! Horrible Dr, crooked as can be! Please find an eye doctor some where else and dont get scammed like me!

Enjoyed my multiple visits. Wendy is very friendly and flexible with scheduling. She gave thorough and honest advice on vision care and glass selection. My whole family of 3 uses her as our eye care. My son also gets Orth-K from there.

Dr. Xu ripped me off and refused to give me a refund. I have thought about taking her to court. Horrible eye doctor. Very greedy and does not care about the patient. Only $$. Go elsewhere.

Terrible experience. Dr. Xu was very inconsiderate and unorganized (if you go youll see the desk is a mess!). Unclear in explaining services provided as well.

Dr. Xu was great, professional, and very patient. We have been to her the last 2 years. My husband lives her selection on Tag Heuer glasses.
