WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Attempted to get a hold of the office DURING business hours SIX times (I called at 1:00) and they required my contact information so that they can call me back when all I needed was one simple form. The three other times that I had called the recording stated "Stay on the line and an operator will be with you shortly." The line went dead as soon as that message was communicated in the recording. They lied to me as well, stating that they had faxed the form over around 10:30 but they never did because I checked our fax transmission report and nothing came from this institution. I did not even want to rate this as one star but I cannot post this review unless I rated it at least one star.

Ive brought both my son and daughter here, and they love it. The staff is very nice and helpful. The front desk ladies make you feel welcome and at ease, and all of cleaning and other procedures are done with expertise and the bedside manner with the kids is excellent. I have taken them to private dental clinics, and never have had as good of an experience as I have at the Burgdorf clinic.
