The worst dental experience I have ever had! I moved from out of town and had to find a new dentist. I called their office as a new patient and requested to have Dr. Waltz but instead I show up to find that they assigned me to one of the other dentists. If that wasnt bad enough, their hygienist took forever to clean my teeth because she talked my ear off and then kept stopping to expound on her thoughts while I sat hostage in the chair. I had to keep reminding her that I only had an hour and that I had to go back to work. The cleaning was the most painful process Ive ever sat through. Instead of brushing and scraping my teeth, they used a sonicator to loosen the plaque. The sonicator made a horrible drilling noise that put my nerves on end. It was like getting a dozen cavities filled all at once and my teeth were still dirty. They also tried to have unnecessary dental work done on my teeth and I had to go for a second opinion. When I asked for my dental records to be released, they said theyd do it for $20, which is ridiculous and I refused to pay! They care more about the money than the patient. Needless to say I will not go back.

Dr. Fallon is a great dentist, and the team around her is just as wonderful. Mostly I just go for cleanings, however I once had a dental problem over a holiday weekend. Dr. Fallon didnt hesitate to call me back on the answering service, and had me in the dental chair for the first appointment the next day they were open, and the problem was very quickly treated. Actually, Dr. Fallon offered to meet me at the office for an emergency examination if my discomfort was bad enough, however it wasnt to that point. What professionalism! The office is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very professional. Look no further if you need a good dentist.

Terrible dentists. Dr. Fallon did a crown and root canal on my wifes tooth. A few years later another dentist informed her the crown was put on incorrectly and she has decay under her tooth. This shouldnt happen if a crown was done correctly. Called them and they said they couldnt guarantee the work they do, or wouldnt do anything to help. Thats a bad dentist IMO. Stay away from this place!!

I had extensive work that needed to be done and Dr Walz and his entire staff have been nothing but top notch professionals all the way. I even needed something done on the fly and Dr Walz and a staff member met me there after hours. I cannot say enough about them. Sincerely Tom Harty

Went to get a tooth pulled. The building was very clean comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even called me the next day to see how I was doing. I liked it enough to schedule a cleaning with then instead of looking for other dentists in the area

Dr Fallon is very professional, patient and clien oriented. I have a terrible fear of dental offices and she made my procedure no stress and painless.
