One of the things I like about Dr. Plourde practice is the reception area. The reception area is quiet, no telephones ringing or other people hearing your information because the office area is in a separate area. Music played is smoothing and calming. When I went to Dr. Plourde practice for the 1st time I had a consult which was really great as to my opinions about going to a dentist, my treatments and what my long term wellness plan was. All of the staff is very friendly and well educated. You not a number to this practice and you get individualized attention. If they dont have the answers, they will tell you and get back to you. I used to be afraid to go to the dentist for just a exam and cleaning and now Im now longer afraid and anxious.

I have been a patient of Dr. Susan Plourde for 30 years! I used to hate going to the dentist, but the last 30 years have been fine for me. Its painless and they do good work on cleanings and fillings and stuff. My husband used to have such a phobia of going to the dentist, he used to get sick before his appointment. Now, he has no problem when going to Agawam Dental, they are great.
