Very unprofessional. Ive had teeth problems all my life and went in for something thats usually a simple fix, but was told it wasnt. Im not a dentist but Ive had this same problem a few times and no other dentist has given me the go around like this. So disappointed the one in Bristol and Manchester is not bad but would not send my cat or dog here. Also they are supposed to work out Payment plans but they stated they needed money up front for something my son needs done. Needless to say I didnt make a follow up appointment and Im canceling my sons appointment is rather pay 100% more to a professional dentist office then ever step foot in there again.

I have been going to Columbia Dental for a couple of years now. I usually go to Manchester office. But the only slot I could find for the dentist I regularly visit, Dr. A was available in New Britain. So I decided to give this clinic a try. I really liked the New Britain office and found it better organized. As always, it was good to see Dr. A. She gave me a quick dental-exam, followed on previous issues I had, cleaning and I was good to go.

Place itself is ok. I went there 5 times already. First my doctor was a young lady from India who didnt really know what she was doing.... Then I ask for different dentyst and Ive met dr Reza. The best dentist so far ever! Every time he did anything at all he explained to me what he will do and why I do have panic atack some times so not every doc can handle me..... This one is could!

Horrible! Unprofessional! Apparently there "system was down " and couldnt take me for my appointment that I made 2 weeks before. They didnt even bother to call . I then gave the lady my number to call me when the system was back up and i can have my appointment and its a week later with no call. Im not sure why this place is open . Lets shut them down

Columbia dental is nice dentistry but the have very poor time management, for example I had an appointment for 2:30 and I had to wait an hour and a half to get a cleaning, and the lady tried to make up for the time by asking me questions but I was mad. Overall my dentist was nice and I look forward to going again.

Ive been there 4 times and the front desk is run poorly and this reflects on the entire practice. I"d remove everyone and replace them with people who want to work and are capable of doing their job. Im due for another appointment but think im done there and looking for another practice.

Really unprofessional! They should hire people that know what they are doing at the front desk. They should be trained to know what services are provided at a dentist office. I would rate this office a negative 5, but I would not be able to post my review.

These guys dont take people on Sundays ,excuse is my insurance is closed so they have no way to check if im approved. Just said the same to a friend a week ago . So why the hell are you open to tell everyone the same thing.
