I have been going to Dr. Berrys office for the past 7 years and have had nothing but a phenomenal experience. Im very fortunate that I have never had a cavity, but upon my last x-rays we saw tarter under my gums and my hygienist Sorimar informed me that I would need to have scaling done. I had never had a needle in my mouth until yesterday. I had some anxiety about this procedure but the staff coached me through it and come to find out I was worried for nothing. The office manager very efficiently verified my insurance and made sure I was all set in the finance department. Sorimars expertise, skill, and finesse was fantastic. Im a chiropractor and I know the importance of teeth and spine. I recommend this office to anyone who would like to have caring, kind, compassionate, friendly, professional people care for their oral hygiene. To the staff, your awesome!! This is one of the best, if not the only best, dentists I have ever been to. They got me in for an emergency appointment even though they were booked and they even cleared the entire afternoon for me. I was early for my appointment and yet I barely waited a minute before I was seen. The entire office was spotless and high tech. I was made comfortable and at ease, not an easy thing for me since Im scared of dentists, but here I was eventually completely calm. They listened to me before providing treatment, asking me questions. They explained every single thing they were going to do before they did it. They were so friendly and at ease I felt great. The room had a beautiful view of the outside trees and birds, and modern music was playing in the background instead of elevator music. I will be keeping Dr. Berry as my dentist for a long time and Im recommending him to ALL my friends and family.

I moved to the Hartford area two years ago. After having a number of negative experiences with dentists, including my dentist as a child, I was looking for a dentist who was both knowledgeable and would make me feel at ease. I found this combination with Dr. Berry and his staff at Hartford Dental Associates. The staff at Hartford Dental Associates is great; they are welcoming, punctual (I have never waited more than a few minutes to be seen), and thorough in their work. Additionally, they explain your treatment plan in a way that is easy to understand. If you need additional work, outside of a regular cleaning, they are happy to go over all of your options to determine what works best for you. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and care that I receive from Dr. Berry and his staff at Hartford Dental Associates. I would highly recommend the practice to anyone looking for a dentist.

I was new the the area about a year ago and was highly recommended to try Dr. Berry. I was nervous because I have had some dental problems in the past and found it hard to find a dentist to trust. As soon as I met Dr. Berry and his staff I knew I had nothing to worry about. They took the time to get to know me and my dental history before jumping to any conclusions. About 4 months after my first regular check-up, I started to have severe pain in my mouth. I thought for sure it was a cavity or something that needed taken care of immediately. Dr Berry took the time to see me immediately and once again, didnt rush to any conclusions without first getting all the facts. He discovered that the source of my pain was the fit of my nightguard. He adjusted the night guard and the pain went away! Dr. Berry and his staff are outstanding and I highly recommend his office.

I have been a patient (and so is my whole family) of Dr. Berry since he established his practice in West Hartford, CT. Every member of my family feels the same way about Dr. Berry and his entire office staff and that is that the service received there is beyond excellent. All procedures use the latest technology and questions are anticipated and patients are kept constantly informed during all patient care. I especially like that there is constant monitoring for any pain and discomfort which leads to virtually painless dentistry! If you are new to this area and looking for a dentist, or are searching for a new dentist, then your search is over because you will be very happy having your dental care needs met by Dr. Berry and his staff.

What an amazing dental office! Dr Berry is very knowledgeable and gentle. I used to be nervous about the dentist but he and his staff have eased my worries. Any questions I have I can ask any one of the staff and I can get an answer. I am also greeted with a smile every time I enter the office and I never wait long at all. Dr. Berry and Sue his assistant are a wonderful team and always keep me at ease. The hygienists Kim and Sorimar are gentle and very knowledgeable as well. This is a warm hearted wonderful office.

Dr Barry and his staff are always friendly and professional. They clearly care about their patients and stand behind their work. I actually look forward to my regular cleanings! I had a problem with a crown that was a few years old but no problem - Dr Barry is ready to fix it at my convenience. He is genuinely proud of his work and does the best he can for his patients. I dont think Ive ever had to wait more than a minute or 2 - I rarely even get to sit down in the waiting room before I am called in.

When I first moved to CT 5 years ago and needed a dentist I went to his office. From Day 1, Dr. Berry has been absolutely fantastic. Not only him but his staff as well, are extremely helpful, friendly and I would recommend him as a dentist to anyone. Whenever Ive had a question or had an issue with my teeth, Dr. Berry and his staff have gone above and beyond to make sure that it is answered or fixed as quickly as possible. I am proud to have him as a dentist and you will be too.

Dr. Berry and staff are terrific! I really have never liked going to the dentist but this staff makes the experience pretty enjoyable. On my first visit I couldnt believe how advanced the technology was- I never knew how out of date my old dentist was until I stepped into Hartford Dental Associates! I recommend this dentist practice to anyone who is looking in the area; they really are the best I have seen. Very clean, very friendly and very up to date with advances in technology!

I am 25 and Dr. Berry is the first dentist I have ever had in my life that I am not afraid of! I started with him last fall after a few negative dentist experiences and was terrified at the thought of receiving some much-needed fillings. He and his staff are kind, funny and thorough in explaining what to expect both procedure-wise and finance/insurance-wise. I havent once experienced pain during my procedures and most importantly I am finally not afraid of going to the dentist.
