PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! I went to the Houston location at 9055 Katy Freeway Suite 200 and had an appointment with Dr. Dwane Broussard! This was by FAR the WORST DR EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I was desperiately seeking an primay care doctor that i could visit on my day off and i wish i would have sacrificed taking off form work to go else where! My appointment was scheduled for 10:30AM, i arrived at 10:15. After the new enrollment process i was quickly called to the back to get placed in a room.. After seeing the nurse, i was told the dr would be in shortly! HOWEVER, the dr did not see me unitl 11:45!!! i was in the room for over an hour when i looked outside the door to see if they had forgotten about me! The Dr was very dry and careless. I told him my issues and he didnt seem to care or even take care of my reason for visiting. He was with my for ONLY 15 minutes and then sent me to get blood work! I though it was very odd that you had to check out and go back to sit in the waiting room to get blood work. I sat in the waiting room for an aditional hour until another lady and I began to talk. She stressed about her HORRIBLE VISIT AND LONG WAIT and her apt was with a different dr at 10:45 only 15 minutes after my apt!!! she was in the same situation as i where she was waiting to get blood work. After getting very impatient she asked the receptionist is everything ok, whats taking so long.. "Are you sure someone is alive and drawing blood back there?" finally after being called to the back yet again, i asked the lady that was finally drawing my blood, what took so long. and she mentioned that she never knew she had people waiting!!! they never told her and she was in the back doing old paperwork!!! I did not leave until 1:15PM! DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!!

If you can find a physician here who is top notch and available enough to be seen when necessary, I highly recommend it! Dr. Clive Fields cares about his patients and is quite diligent in assuring the outcome is the optimal. The problem with this practice lies within all the other doctors who have been hired and are onboard. The last attempt to see my regular physician required a 1.5 week wait, wherein they convinced me to see one of their "new" doctors who they even list on their phone system. If you find yourself a suitable doctor here, DO NOT FALL for anything anyone says on the phone. Not only was I stuck with a new doctor because Dr. Fields was unavailable, my appointment was at 2:15, I waited an hour in the waiting room, and I didnt leave until 4 for a simple med check after not seeing anyone for a year. The pitch on the phone was "all doctors have your medical records" -- the pitch Im giving you is "not all doctors are created equal" Last little food for thought, each doctor dictates what they charge, if youre a cash customer and during booking they assure you they can notate the previous price charged by your normal doctor, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. It was twice as expensive for my last visit under a new doctor.

I have been a patient for over 20 years and now I am beginning to ask myself, WHY? I totally agree with Gayle. I feel like patients are treated like cattle. I had to wait over an hour for an 11 am appointment called in a month earlier because that was the "next available time" for a physical. After 30 minutes I inquired why was it taking so long. The "pat" answer. The doctor is running behind and there is one patient ahead of you. I really feel the doctors and staff do not really care about you and are just hurrying you up to get to the next patient. Receptionist do not say hello. They are too busy talking among themselves. The attending nurses are so hurried and the check out is lacking in social graces as well. Is it too much to say, "Hello, Thank you." And I WAS paying for this. I will begin a search for a new doctor immediately. Surely, Village Family Practice will not miss me. They have enough money rolling in each day to even notice. I am sure they did not notice me in the 20 years I was coming. What was I thinking. Go somewhere else if you are considering Village Family Practice. You will be glad you did. David

I had an appointment with Dr. Feldman this morning at 10:30 a.m. As of 11:30 a.m., his nurse did not have the professional courtesy to come to the lobby to let me know that he was running behind on his appointments to allow me an opportunity to decide to stay or make another appointment. My first visit with Dr. Feldman resulted in a visit to Urgent Care, which this visit was supposed to be a follow-up. I guess Ill have to go to Urgent Care once a week until I find another doctor. I was with Kelsey Seybold for years and since BCBS ended the contract, I was very cautious about choosing another doctor. I was never treated in such a manner at Kelsey. If the doctor was running behind on appointments, a nurse or someone would come to the lobby to advise the patient. I understand emergencies arise in medical offices, but a little professional courtesy to advise the patient would be greatly appreciated.

This is not a Family Practice that I can recommend. The receptionist in Suite 200 is very unprofessional. She loudly speaks about your personal affairs so the whole waiting room can hear your business. I had made an appointment for my teenage son to receive an immunization shot. Making the appointment I provided our insurance information and confirmed with the person on the phone that we were in Network. Arriving at our appointment time Im begin told by a receptionist that is chewing food and giving me an index finger waive you are out of Network. This experience was completely unprofessional; additionally Im not impressed by a waiting room that smells and needs a carpet cleaning; a receptionist that is completely unhealthy. If these doctors dont even care about the health of their employees how could we envision that they care about the health of the general public.

Loyalty means nothing to this business! If youre late for an appt, theyll sit you in their reception area, then theyll inform you that your appt has been cancelled. But if theyre late seeing you, you have to understand. If you inform them that you thought you had a certain appt, theyll call you with one of their prerecorded messages afterwards, to verify that you were wrong! TACKY, TACKY, TACKY!!! And since they record the message, whats to say that they didnt record a message to suit their office? And just cause you made an appt with a doctor, doesnt mean youll see a doctor. You may see one of their physician assistants. Im sure theyre qualified to see patients, but if you call for a certain doctor, why dont you see a doctor? Theyll see you with whomever they want to see you! The doctors are good, office staff lacks etiquette and professionalism!!!
