My grandmother visited her PCP, Dawn P. Nguyen about 2 weeks ago for a routine appointment and lab work....today she was admitted to the E.R. And taken via Ambulance for her being incoherent and pale white. When she arrived at the E.R. And was taken back the nurses and staff immediately pulled her records and files to determine cause of side affects/condition. While in the E.R. waiting room DR. Dawn P. Nguyen calls my step father to notify him that she has a UTI. All the while the nurses and staff in the E.R reach the same conclusion and immediately start her on antibiotics. If you know a patient has a UTI, one that is at her age 72, why the hell would you wait 2WEEKS until we are sitting in the E.R. worried about my grandmothers health?!?! Seriously?!? She doesnt have good insurance either. Instead of starting her on antibiotics two weeks ago like any normal Doctor would she decides to wait until she rushed to the E.R via ambulance. I HIGHLY advise any and all of D.r. Dawn P. Nguyen to seek other help and find another Dr. One that has common sense. One that is professional. She is very ignorant and very, very dull and dimwitted to have put my grandmothers life in danger like that. She is not a young woman. Anyone with common freaking sense knows that a UTI at her age would cause severe problems. Do not go here. DO NOT SEE DR Dawn P. Nguyen UNLESS YOU WANT TO DIE. She is not a very smart Dr to knowingly let her patient suffer with a UTI for 2 damn weeks and then call is in the E.R. And nonchalantly say "oh well I have her labs and she has a UTI." Really?! Like what the heck?!....she doesnt need to be practicing medicine if this is how she does things.

The physician I had seen to establish care at this facility I actually liked and found very knowledgeable and personable. However, he/the group determined to no longer accept my insurance. I had no problem with the physician, but the staff 1. Insisted my typed lists of previous surgical procedures and current medications had to be hand-copied onto their forms, 2. They failed to give me a doctors order for a procedure before I left the office, despite my asking about it before I left. 3. When I called, I was told I could go by the office and pick it up (I explained that would be at least an hour of my time. I requested that the order be faxed & provided a fax number but never received the fax). 4. Nor did I receive the letter I was later told they had sent re: no longer accepting my insurance. Finally, despite changing physicians (to one which accepted my insurance) and calling the office asking to be taken off their reminder auto-call list, I continue to receive auto-calls from their medical group....

Super experience! Dr. Starks will be my physician for life!!! The staff was friendly and attentive as well. Dr. Starks was thorough and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail without being complicated. This was the best physical Ive ever had. Im actually looking forward to next years physical:) If you need a doctor, go to Dr. Starks!!!!!

Dr. William Starks is a wonderful physician. He takes the time necessary to ensure you understand every procedure and test result. Extremely knowledgeable as evidenced by his ability to explain simply a complicated subject. I just cant say enough nice things about this fella. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Bravo

Horrible at getting back to patient about refilling prescriptions. They finally fax it to the pharmacy and the Dr. didnt sign it so now my husband has to go the whole weekend without his medicine.

Too hard to get in to see the doctor when sick. Waited 3 days to get in then they called me last minute and canceled my appointment.
