I went to this location (NW Fwy, same shopping center as Target)to order contact lenses or possibly get glasses. I already had an eye exam, but because im from out of town I didnt have the prescription with me. The women at the front desk are rude and not helpful. I told the woman I didnt have my prescription and she flat out told me there was nothing that could be done, Id have to come back when I had my prescription. I then asked her could the other location fax it to this office. She said yeah but it will take up to 2 weeks for the information to be recieved and she gave me a form to fill out. I decided to call the location I got my prescription from as I was standing there and the lady offered to fax it over within the next 5 minutes. The woman at the front desk, who already had an attitude now got annoyed. So i decided to look for glasses while I waited for the fax. Another woman came from some side room and asked the woman at the front desk what I was doing. She told her I was undecided about contacts or glasses. At that point the 2nd woman stood there and watched me as if I were stealing. It wasnt until I came upon the section of locked glasses that she even spoke to me. She treated me like I was some thug trying to steal their awful selection of cheap and outdated frames. I ordered contacts because I was in need and theyre the closest to my hotel. When i went to pick them up, the staff offered no greeting or salutations as I left. They have awful customer service skills and I dont recommend anyone go there if you dont have to. I wouldve given this place 1 star but, I didnt have an exam there (which is probably the most important aspect)and one of the women (who i believe was an eye doctor there) seemed pleasant and had a better personality about herself than the front desk staff.

Been a customer of Northwest Vision for 13 years. Dr. Vegas is fine but her staff is beyond incompetent and rude. They have been extremely unhelpful, accused patients of lying, are not willing to accept any responsibility or provide support. I am now having to reach out to my health insurance provider to gather evidence that I purchased frames last year so I can get the lenses replaced, even though they still fall under the "warranty" for replacement and I, as the patient/customer, should not have to do this. I have been accused of lying about the purchase date and it falls on me, the patient, to prove otherwise. When I asked them to look at their computer records so the lab would receive accurate information to get the lenses replaced, I was actually told by their so-called "office manager" that, and I quote, "they dont do this, they dont have time to be looking at patients old information". No apology from doctor, even though I have been having issues for weeks. No offer to help out from the "staff". I am just hoping my review stays up so other customers know what to expect.

Let me first say I rarely write reviews. However, my experience at Northwest Vision was Excellent in every way. I found Northwest Vision on Google and finally decided to schedule an appointment despite some of the bad reviews. Im extremely happy I did! The staff was prompt, professional and personable. Dr. Vegas is friendlier and more informative than any eye doctor I have ever seen. She is clearly extremely smart, she listens, she explains and she teaches. She genuinely wants you to understand what she is recommending and why. Not only is she a highly competent eye doctor, but her demeanor is very pleasant, attentive and never rushed. All in all, great work provided by Dr. Vegas and her team. I look forward to continuing my eye care with Northwest Vision & Dr. Vegas and would highly recommend this office to anyone!

I have been coming to this office for many years. It was great. Very friendly. Since Dr. Vegas took over I was ordering glasses annually just because it was same technician Mary. Two weeks ago I came in and discovered that Mary retired. The new technician who was also presented herself as an Elma is current “office manager” She was rude and very pushy. Since she is (probably) getting commissions from sale, Elma was trying to sell me what was not covered by my insurance. I knew what I wanted. She was irritated. I was watching her selling to another lady something extra and poor lady had a $400 above her insurance coverage. Don’t go there!!!!! You will be sorry, just like I am.

The worst eye doctor visit i have ever experienced in my life. After being misdiagnosed, sent to a specialist to waste time and money, when there was nothing really wrong with my eyes to begin with, I called to complain. I was told by staff that dr Vegas requests i dont contact the office again. I was given my perceptions and they dont even have the correct documents to verify that is where i purchased them. the contact i had were malfunctioning and when i contacted the manufacture they asked to have the dr office verify my RX. They couldnt even manage that. I will make sure to make some noise about this.

After the first unpleasant experience durring my husbands appointment I was very hesitant to schedule appointments for the rest of my family. I gave the office a chance and went ahead and scheduled a second visit for him. The staff of all grouchy women are still discourteous and unwelcoming. So glad I waited and never scheduled appointments for my kids and I. The selection of frames is very minimal. The woman was unobliging and seemed to be annoyed by my husbands questions about frames. My family will definitely NOT return.

I called to make an appointment and they staff was very rude. They also requested that I take in my SOCIAL SECURITY card to make a copy of it, when I asked why, they claimed that my insurance provider would not pay without it. I decided to call my provider to verify this information and I was told they do not need anything besides the ID# listed on my insurance card and of course and ID but to NOT give them my social security number. I decided to call and cancel my appointment and I was treated very rudely.

I was a bit hesitant because the reviews showed so many different customer experiences. I went ahead and took my chance and I got to say so far I had a great experience. The ladies in the front where very polite, my appointment time was great no wait at all besides waiting for me to fill out the paper work. I have no complaints. Dr. Vegas was very polite explained everything to me as well. A big plus is the facility is kept up very well and very clean and neat as well as up to date with fashion glasses.

Good doctor but rude customer service. They messed up on the size of my glasses and gave me a wrong size so I declined to accept them. Surprisingly they didnt even care about it and didnt even offered to try to fix the problem. All they told me was I could leave the glasses at their donation box. So I left the glasses with them and just walked away. End result: After going through all the exam etc. and paying about $165 out of pocket, I still dont have my glasses.
